9th of May 2022 at 5pm. The manager of this establishment was illiterate. He could not understand how to spell a 6 letter word. We had to spell the street name 6 times to this clown, that was after giving him the phone number 3 times. I'm surprised he figured out how to answer the phone. Last time we went to this place in person it was pretty "hills have eyes" vibe going on. And the place was filthy. If someone is reading this for you Mr. Manager at Pizza Hut, settle in cause you've probably peaked in your career.
The experience started out horrible. They were all inside talking and no one acknowledged us even in the building. But I decided to order instead of leaving. The employee that rung up our order could see I was upset but holding back and gave me a discount for deciding to order. I would strongly suggest calling in and ordering instead of just walking in to order.
Why are you1. Charging for crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese?2. Why are you not putting them with my order after paying for them.3. Stop asking for tips, you're not a server. You don't deserve a tip for doing such an easy job so poorly.
Pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh, employees were very friendly. Everything was made perfectly with excellent amount of toppings
The breadsticks tasted stale and the pizza tasted undercooked. The delivery person left it at my front door and never knocked or rang the doorbell.
Ordered because we love their pizza, but got it home and it was terrible! No cheese, no sauce, I called them to let them know and they gave me a credit. So tonight we took them up on it and I told them our problem from the last time. So I fully expected a great pizza. It was not!! It was terrible! We will not order again! Bye Pizza Hut we sure hate that it has gotten to be so bad there.
The quality of pizzas has gone downhill significantly over the past few months. I bought Pizza Hut pizzas for 40 years, but I am now switching to Dominos because they make a better pizza locally. Not enough toppings on the Pizza Hut pizzas!
Our pizza was ice cold. Not even a little bit warm. Pretty bad when pizza hut is less than a mile from where we were.
Pizza was warm when I picked it up and exactly what I ordered. The people have been nice 100 percent of the time I have dealt with them at the window. That is something I can not say for other places.
I ordered a hand-tossed crust with garlic butter spray, sausage, pork, and mushroom toppings. I got a thin crust, no garlic butter spray, all pork, no mushrooms pizza. It was not even hot! It was like eating a cracker with sauce!
