They make a good pizza. This rating is just for tonight's "contactless delivery"."Contactless delivery" need NOT be ABSOLUTELY AND TOTALLY contactless.The delivery person should at least knock on the door or ring the doorbell. We started wondering where our pizza was, and finally looked out the door. There it was. Barely warm. Had to be heated up in the oven.We were sitting about 6 feet from the front door in the TV room, so there's no way we could have missed a knock or ring.I also did not get any notifications on my phone.So tonight, March 5th, we ordered pizza again. Again, no knock, no doorbell. Fortunately we were on alert looking for our pizza, and it was fine.After my previous review, I got an email from "Jasmine W." of the "Social Engagement Team".Her email on Feb 10th: "Good morning!We’re sorry to hear this happened with your recent order. The driver should let you know they have arrived by knocking or ringing your bell. We will share this with the store’s leadership team to review. How about we get you a code for 50% off your next online pizza, at regular menu price, to make this right?"I emailed her back: "Thanks, Jasmine. I would appreciate a 50% off code."After hearing nothing for three days, I emailed her on Feb 13th:"Hi Jasmine,How does this code thing work?"Never heard back, and never got a code for 50% off. Paid full price for tonight's (March 5th) pizza."Social Engagement Team" is definitely NOT on the ball.
Just gross. Wings ordered plain came wet and tasted like low quality frozen wings. The "NY Style" pizza was not even close. Pizza measured a lot smaller than advertised, crust was limp and doughy, cheese was same old low quality papa John's cheese, not stretchy mozzarella. It was so bad, that we just tossed it all out. On the bright side, the food came on time, and the delivery driver was really nice.
Pizza ? was good cheese sticks was alright ... I wish they would have taco pizza. Nobody in Foley makes it.
Excellent Triple Bacon Pizza!! Try the Papadias too! These people are working at like 90 miles an hour to get pizzas out the door!
The South Mackenzie Street, Foley, AL location is top notch. We specifically get takeout from here over the Orange Beach location and we live in Gulf Shores. The team is super nice. The lead gal is great. They always greet us and engage us. Best of all, the pizza is made perfectly and consistently EVERY time. When we discovered that this location is squared away, we choose them every time and are never disappointed. Major kudos to the enthusiasm and hard work of the team there during a time when many at other businesses choose to be sour. We look forward to getting our cheat meals from here and will continue to do so.
In my experience, this location has always been great for our Friday night pizza at our house. There has not been any excessive wait and ordering ahead for delivery later in the evening has always kept the scramble off of last dinner needs.
Better than Pizza Hut in Foley by miles
Ordered pizzas online and my email said an hour. Pizza didn’t come in that time frame. I used the tracker app and it said another hour. I called the manager to see if there had been a mistake. She was very short, and just told me my pizza was on the way. But the tone.. My 14 year old doesn’t even try to speak to me that way.
As always the pizza was great My son enjoyed the papadias.
