We went around lunch time. It wasn't to busy but I'm assuming from lack of staff they were making people wait for tables. There were plenty tables available which is why I assume that. It was only a 10 minute wait unless we didn't mind a high bar. Which we didn't so we sat there. The sever was amazing and attentive to us. Very friendly. The food was delicious. We got the potato, cheese, and finger appetizer. It was delicious. I ordered the fried pork chips with a baked potato and steamed twice broccoli. My boyfriend got a steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was all very good. The baked potatoe was great, I loved how they put salt on the skin. We will definitely be making another trip there.
the tilapia dish was great, the menu has several choices to pick from, service was quick, place clean. Will eat there again.
I've only been here once but I won't be returning. The restaurant was unkempt. It looked as if the place hadn't had a good wipe down in months, possibly longer. Carpets and walls were dirty and the tables were sticky.The food was simply OK... at best. My medium steak was actually rare (should've been a warm pink center but was instead a cool red (raw) center). My loaded potato wasn't loaded, and my steamed broccoli was rubbery as if it had been microwaved. Items and condiments were also forgotten/not served and then blamed on the kitchen staff when I asked (very politely) that they be brought out.While being served (by what appeared to be a veteran server) we had to wait on refills (if a cup is empty, don't ask, just bring it). And when our food came out our server placed it all on an adjacent table and then proceeded to take another tables order before actually placing our food on my table.I'd strongly recommend to owners/management to evaluate both quality of service/work and general cleanliness of the store and then make changes from there.I understand that wait staff most likely depends on tips for wages, but with some minor improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and kitchen rules, you'd probably receive more return customers. The building and atmosphere could be very welcoming and nice with just a little added effort.

Went in after a day of shopping at the outlet stores and we were exhausted. There was no wait, we were seated straight away. There was a great variety on the menu, a selection for everyone. The staff was very friendly and joked with us. The food came out quickly and was delicious. It was a great casual dining restaurant.. great place to relax and get a nibble.
We were planning to go to the famous cafe almost across the road but when we found there was a crazy wait time and we had booked the theater we came here. Was a bit surprised to find there was a 20 minute wait for a table cos the place was barely a third full, albeit it was only early evening.Even more surprised to find there was a 30 minute wait for our food because they were 2 chefs down. Now for the positives. The personable server brought us a complimentary bowl of soup whilst we waited and said he would try and speed up our food. Thought the excellent chopped steak was both very tasty and plentiful whilst my wife was very happy with her top sirloin. Bill was very reasonable. We must have been impressed with the places cos we are planning going back tomorrow, something we rarely do on vocation.
Worst place I have eaten in foley… I had a 12 oz sirloin with loaded Mac and cheese and rice pilaf. The rice pilaf was old rice , it’s like they gave me the rice from the bottom of the pot.. all hard rice. The mac and cheese was good . The steak? I asked for medium rare, was super rare… I sent it back and told them it had way too much black pepper , the girl to the steak from the plate and it left so much black pepper on the plate .. she brought back the same steak and like they seasoned it again .. it was sooo salty and had so much black pepper .. all I ended up eating was the mac and cheese… This was hands down the worst steak and the worst rice pilaf I have tried .. also food took super long to come out which I’m sure they are short staffed, but to wait so long and still have food you can’t eat ..
A great place for a casual lunch or dinner with a variety of dishes on their menu. Overall great experience, the only suggestion we had for improvement was the freshness of the salad. It was good, just didn't taste as fresh as it has in the past. The rolls are delicious as always and we didn't have a wait to be seated. My 8-year old niece was with us and they have a wonderful activity page with crayons that kept her busy until our food arrived.
Sunday the 6 of March, the family and I chose O' Charley in Foley Alabama to have lunch. We arrived and they were on a wait. The young lady that was hosting was very nice and let us know what was going on. The young man that was also hosting seemed like he was lost. They finally called our name and the young lady sat us toward the back pf the restaurant. She apologized to us about the wait and told us Pam would be right with us. It was not long after Pam came over introduced herself got our drink order. I will not drag this out. Pam was very pleasant and took excellent care of us. She was definitely the best server that we have had in a while at Charley. Pam truly cares. From the young lady at the front to Pam, we definitely will return to see Pam. The restroom could have been cleaner, and the Aunt Flow boxes (sanitary napkins boxes) full!!! UGH Overall restaurant was clean Blinds needed to be dusted and the cracks on the booth had crumbs and stuff in them. A big THANK YOU to Pam and the young lady at the door. Food was great.
We went on Valentine's Day (our Anniversary) and there was a 30 min. wait because of the volume of people taking their sweeties there and they a lot of to-go orders. The kitchen became backed up for a bit but after a half hour we were seated and was waited on very quickly with our drink order and a basket of rolls. We ordered an appetizer and had it brought to us In about 20 minutes. Our main course came to us In about a half hour. It was hot, and delicious! Wait staff was friendly and kept our glasses filled and was very attentive.
