Our server April was so sweet and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We barely had to ask for anything. Pizza and pretzel bites were amazing. Will definitely come back!!
Came in for lunch today. Greg our server was great and we had the house special pizza ! Best pizza I have had in a while ! Thanks so much ! We will be back soon !
It’s mellow mushroom haha grab a pizza and a beer! Staff is nice and accommodating, however, I do think they need to be trained a little more of their beer. The first time I came, they gave my friend the wrong draft beer. The second time they weren’t sure what was available for draft that day. In my personal opinion I think it makes the service faster, easier, and less annoying for both the server and customer when the servers know their menu. But overall, great place to eat! The pizza is always good!
This was our first visit to Mellow Mushroom. Our family LOVED it! We will be frequenting this great establishment! The staff was friendly and patient with us. The pizzas are amazing!!! The cheese is a very high quality cheese! The selection of draft beer was one of the best, if you like beer! Our waitress we great....until a really large party came in, we didn't get much attention after that (but I do understand the situation).
???Wow!! When I walked in and saw them tossing the dough I knew this was going to be quality pizza I expected when we had Mellow Mushroom in Ms!! They actually exceeded my expectations! The pizza is delicious and the prices are incredible! Service is great too!! We come in town for soccer tournaments and this will be our spot!
For starters. Service was terrible. The pizza was not hot at all. We dealt with the pizza because we waited 45 minutes pretty much and was starving. But with how cold the pizza was I understand that it was just sitting there when ready. The server Carlee hardly checked on us and was practically rushing us in a very impatient manner to get our drink order. We had to ask for refills while she had no hesitation on checking in on other tables MULTIPLE TIMES. Don’t think we will be back again. It was disappointing.
Ordered a medium pizza and it looked more like a small, we ordered the meat pizza and the bacon was burned to a black hard chunk and our waitress was no where to be found, my wife's tea glass was empty and never got a refill because our waitress wasn't around to take care of us, finally had to get another waitress to go find our waitress to get our check and she gave me the wrong check and had to go back and get the correct one. I had one beer and would have had another but no waitress to get me another one. Very poor waitressing skills! Pizza was not worth $23.99 by any means, will not order pizza there again!
Server was nice and prompt.HOWEVER.Everyone in our party got theirs except for me…. 15 mins (no exaggeration) into our meal, my Sandwich was finally delivered… the lady said I “Looked like a mad kid sitting in the corner”….Probably because I am. I still can not believe another adult said that to me…. Especially after having to wait for my food for so long…This employee need lessons in manners. Unacceptable
Really Cool place with unique stone baked pizzas and a great selection of beer! We got the Maui Wowie & the Hey Dude off the Locals Fav.
We’ve seen the billboards for this place but it took five years to actually visit them. It was delicious! We had a very pleasant waiter who took our order and checked on us to make sure everything was good with us. We were there in time for happy hour, so our beers were a great price. The pizza arrived quickly and was pizza perfection! We had their House Special thin crust. The crust was exactly the way we like it…done crispy, not soggy. Ingredients were plentiful with lots of meat. This will be our go-to pizza place!
