This location used to be a fairly well rounded restaurant considering food quality,service & pricing.A few weeks ago I placed a mobile order in which included a apple pie which was unavailable. I was told that if I waited 12-15 minutes that they could have one ready.I declined and just asked for cash back or credit item cost back to my debit card.They refused and I was told that I could only process refund thru the app.Well,There is NO OPTION on the McDonald's app to request a refund.The shift manager spoke incorrectly and was just shining me on to get rid of me.Just be aware that this store policy is to never refund a patron,They may offer to supplement but that's it.So I just lost $1.79 + tax.The latest franchise owner has increased menu item prices to be the highest in South Baldwin county either because he can and because OWA is in his backyard.It is akin to scalping after a Hurricane but on a daily basis here.Just avoid this location and visit another location that has a standardized menu pricing comparable to both corporate run & other franchises.
Just trying to get a happy meal for our boy.Haven't been in a while because of the last experience. I placed order at the kiosk but you had to pay at register. Stood there for 15 minutes just trying to pay. Figured there was at least 30 minutes of food wait time. So I left before I got to pay. Everybody tries not to look at you so good luck getting help.
Literally the rudest lady ever. I ordered my breakfast payed exact change to make it easy on the first window cashier (white lady) Drive to the second window, This lady was an older black lady. I tell her that I payed, she says I didn’t, calls the first lady, she says that I payed, the second lady hands me a bag of someone else's food, I hand it back, and she literally ripped the bag how hard she took it out my hands. She was very rude, even though I literally did nothing to her to deserve that… I eat here just about everyday before work, and I am not coming here anymore, until she is no longer employed or is disciplined on how to talk to people that did nothing to them. I work with people who are actually rude on a daily basis, and I STILL treat them with respect. I even offered to drive forward to let them take care of the cars behind me. It’s literally the one black lady who is the problem. She was being disrespectful to the rest of her coworkers as well as me. This isn’t even the first time i’ve seen her be rude to people…How is someone like this still employed? I cannot be the only one with a distaste for this rudeness when i just want a coffee and food before a 12 hour shift. Please discipline her, or fire her.
Keep driving. Waited 20 minutes for a man to split the line in two and the outside lane wasn’t even taking orders. The man kept directing people to go in the other lane KNOWING they weren’t taking orders. I literally just wanted a coffee and I watched them pour 3/4 decaf and topped it with caffeinated coffee. I just took the coffee and left. Do NOT go to this McDonald’s!
I got a crispy chicken sandwich and the only thing on it besides the dry bun was two pickles. At least I got through the drive through in under 30 minutes.
Long wait & I didn't get my hash browns. When I waited back in the drive thru line because the lobby isn't open, they acted like it was too much trouble to give me my hash browns
I've been ordering the mix and match 2 for $4 for over a year today I was informed loudly that you can't mix and match. Spent 20 minutes in line to be yelled at and I drove away. I've always had good service here but it's all new people and I won't be going back
If I could put negative 5 I would. My food was not only cold but wrong. My frys were ice cold and the chicken not only cold but taste like I was yesterday's chicken. I tried ordering inside but after 45 min and no one giving me my order I went through the drive thru and got cold, gross , wrong food.
Was the worst food ever and was not busy at all.French Fry were not cooked all the way Quarter pounder was gross Big Mac was cold as if was pulled out of a cooler the cheese was not even melted. The buns on both were totally dried out
Have been to this McDonald's twice and both time my order was not right, they charge 30cents for extra mayo on a hot and spicy and did not put extra mayo, asked for no pickle, extra onions and mustard on a mcdouble and end up getting extra pickles! Unless I'm starving I won't stop by this store again!
