We went through the drive thru on Thursday 7/7 around 9-10pm. Not sure of the managers name, I threw away the receipt. She was so awesome while taking everyone’s orders..and when we picked our food up, everyone seemed so happy. I heard her tell the other employees (which were mostly kids) how great they were doing. I got on here to leave a review and seen all the negative feedback. I’m assuming some change has taken place. We are from out of town and this was seriously the best McDonalds ever. And no issues with our food
Worst experience I've had the tables weren't wiped down had sauce all over the table we sat at. We had to wipe it clean ourselves, we let our kids go to the play area and had to stop our kid from eating old food that was piled at the bottom of it for God knows how long. Even though we requested sauce none came with our order and we witnessed several other people have to do the same there was nobody at the counter so people had to do orders themselves on the booth's even though they stood at the counter for several minutes will not recommend ever. Terrible customer service and terrible experience
This may be the worse McDonald’s in the US. no joke. Horrible management. Ordered some food and they got the order wrong and when I said something to them they got an attitude and basically called me a liar then asked for me to prove it and then I told them I left my hamburger off and they called me a liar and said I didn’t order a hamburger when I clearly did and it wasn’t a big deal just give me what I asked for but they asked to see the bag so I gave them the bag and then said well I can’t ring you up for a burger here so drive around and so I drive around and now have 4 cars in front of me and waited for all of about 20 minutes meanwhile everything is cold and they still have an attitude but finally said my food is cold so refund my money and I will never visit this place again or anyone I know. Horrible management. Horrible service. I like McDonald’s but honestly McDonald’s isn’t the same anymore. Chic fil a is sooooo much better in service and attitude and atmosphere so my business will go there exclusively. Get it together McDonald’s.
My wife got addicted to their iced coffees and made a friend there that made her coffee our whole vacation. She was very nice and deserves a raise! Don't know her name but they didn't have any iced coffee, she told my wife she'd make some in 15 mins, my wife said she'd come back in an hour. We came back, and came back several times after that. Even went out of our way to stop there one last time before we came back to Ohio.
Slowest drive through ever. I am 0-3 for quick in and out. Average wait time is +20 minutes when you 3 back from ordering. Don’t waste your time the food comes out lukewarm.
Food was hot and ready. The milkshake machine is still broken. The reason why I’m leaving a five star review is because of the employees on Sunday night. The lady in front of us at the drive-through was upset and refused to pull up for her order to be fixed (RN LIFE). This went on for 8-10 minutes. The manager finally came to the window to explain that she was holding the rest of us up. This was impressive and the manager should be commended.
Not Happy. Loss of time and loss of a daily deal. Previous services here we never had bad experiences. 25+ minutes wait for curbside service and still not ready when I went inside. Order received was partial, and I had to prove by receipt to get the rest of our order. Then after on the road several miles we noticed they forgot an order of a daily deal medium fries.
We ordered in & she brought just our food to the table. I went to ask for ketchup & she said I know I owe you a drink. Then my husband ordered a drink separately. A lady walked in, who apparently knew the staff & took so long to place her order (for a $1 ice cream cone in a cup with lots & lots of oreos), we were almost done eating. So I finally walked up to the counter & she had made this lady’s ice cream before my smoothie or my husbands tea. I got upset about why she would make the drink for the customer who ordered after us & she didn’t even say sorry. Just asked what kind of drinks we had
Staff is Litterally childish they play all the time in the back everytime we go our order is always wrong and we waited for our food for 51 minutes that place needs to be shut down ASAP!
I went there for the first time, both drive through lines were backed up and not moving. So I went inside and everyone was moving as slow as snails. Then I began to look at where the food was being cooked, the filthy conditions immediately caused me to turn around and walk right out the door. Ewe
