Up until my last visit at this location last week I would have given this store a 1 star. I didn’t even want to go but i went In hopes they would have a hot and ready pizza as I was in a rush. I just knew it was going to be a disappointing visit like always. I was very pleasantly surprised though! I walked in and there was the gentleman working I believe he said his name was Charlie. He was very pleasant and he had several pizzas HOT and READY! I told him this was the quickest visit to this store in a long long time! My son who is hard to satisfy raved about how good the pizza was! If you have been discouraged with this location in Foley AL I would recommend you giving Charlie another shot! Thank you for great service and delicious pizza!
Ordered and paid today online for my order at 5:18pm. The order tracking was not updating so I tried calling the store, but no answer. Finally I decided that maybe they are just too busy to answer so I waited about an hour and headed to the store. The store was closed (6/11/22) with a cardboard sign taped to the drive-thru window "temporary closed". If the store is closed the online ordering should be disabled so that orders cannot be placed and paid for. Is the store temporarily close for a few hours, a few days??? Several weeks ago I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up the order was incomplete and I had to pull around to the front of the store and wait another 10 mins to get the rest of my order. This is a huge chain and this is completely ridiculous.
Be careful ordering from this location. The place is filthy. Not sure how they received an 88 on the health score (even though that is still a bad score). The Manager with the long fingernails does not want to be there and it shows. When he is not on his phone outside, he is making your food without gloves and long fingernails. No gloves is allowed in a pizza place, but long fingernails are not. That is gross and think if all the krud under the nails getting on your food. Then you pick up your contaminated food and deal with a rude Manager who rolls his eyes. Stay away. This isn't a one off. I am positive this is an every day occurrence at this location.
this place needs to be closed down! horrible service and horrible management! we deserve better!
This place is absolutely chaotic and revolting. We called ahead 15 minutes before we left for one pepperoni pizza one cheese pizza two crazy bread and a Dr Pepper we pulled into the lineand no one was there for around 10 minutes and they didn’t have any of our food ready we continue to wait in line for 30 minutes just to get the wrong crazy bread so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get the right one no one was at the counter to wait for other peoples orders and when I walked in someone was asking to quit overall this place deserves a zero star but I can’t rate it that also there was a dude back there or whoever they are not wearing gloves a total health code violation in its own And they had long fingernails working through my food Do not come to this place whatsoever as it is horrible
We ordered our pizzas over 45mins ago, and we are very RUDELY being lied to by the man working. He said that he’s the only one working, and so he hasn’t even started making the two orders ahead of mine! I saw another worker making pizzas. When I asked for a refund so I could feed my kids sooner he responded with, “Man, I don’t do no refunds!” I know you are short staffed, but there is no call for being rude, lying, or taking over an hour for 2 ‘hot-&-readys.’
Hardworking and caring employees left short handed I appreciate the two employees that were there and people should be patient ????
Really is a shame zero stars isn’t available. Ordered online for a family get together. Arrive at the location to pickup order as specified during order. Show the order number. “Oh, that doesn’t work here. The system is down. You can wait another 30 minutes or you can call the 1-800 number to get your money back.” I go to Taco Bell and call. They say they will have the district manager of that location process the refund. And that they should call me soon. That was now over a week ago, almost 2. If you intend to use this specific establishment, do not process your order online. Go to the physical location and wait in line.
This places needs to be taken over by someone else just spent 20 minutes waiting at the windows and then saw an EMPLOYEE come from the back in A TANK-TOP they are at work you should wearing an appropriate work outfit! And they they tell me after waiting I would have to wait 20 more minutes for pizza! I thought they were hot n ready apparently not!!!!
They chose to cancel my order yet never contact me, then proceeded to charge me $50 for items they never made or delivered. To top it off they won’t even answer the phone. If I had the option of zero stars that what they’d receive.
