I ordered the two chick meal with Tots and a Coke. Added cheese to the chicks. Unsure what my total should be, but I was charged a total of $12.14. They refused to give me a receipt, stating their machine was not working. I waited over 10 minutes for my food. They asked me if I was getting the hangover meal? I am unsure what that is but that is not what I ordered. They said they have to order napkins and a worker went back inside twice to get me a straw. Very unhappy with this experience. If the manager in charge of ordering supplies cannot make sure the store has enough napkins and receipt paper, they should be replaced. Unacceptable communication and wait time for a basic meal. I feel I was overcharged for my meal and have no proof of it.
this place is ABSOLUTELY horrible. employees and management are super rude and act as if they are never wrong. repeated our order at the speaker multiple times because the person that took our order couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear her either. after repeating plenty of times, we wanted all of our burgers PLAIN!!!! specifically stated only meat and cheese, NO ONIONS OR ANYTHING ELSE! she said “i got it, i have them all plain.” (the girl that took our order wasn’t rude at all. just neither one of us could hear really well, she was super nice at the window.) paid for our order and was told to pull up. after getting our order, it was ALL wrong. my husband took them back inside and told them they were wrong and they immediately caught an attitude as if we were wrong. he showed them where they were all covered in onions and they still acted like they weren’t there. he eventually walked out and was very mad. i went inside myself and the manager was waiting at the counter ready to catch an attitude. i told her what the issue was and SHOWED HER AGAIN where the onions were and her response was “well, we make them with onions”. so i told her “i get that but we asked for NO ONIONS”. after going back and forth with her, i told her i either wanted my order corrected or my money back. she said the only way she would correct my order or give me my money back was with the receipt (that we were never given btw, i didn’t know that but brent informed me) so i headed to the car to get the receipt when after walking out, they locked the door on me so i wasn’t able to get back in. left with no food and no money back. first time going here and will NEVER be back. i’m usually not the type to give bad reviews, i keep them to myself but this place deserved one so maybe other people won’t get treated like we were. absolutely pathetic. i’ll also add that not every employee was rude. just the two we dealt with when our order was wrong.
I'm not one to complain but I was out of town and made a online order a hour before they closed and they didn't make it or notify us that it wasn't going to be made and we ended up waiting and didn't receive any food or a apology and the money still hasn't been put back on my card but I do recommend the burger King 2 min away I'm not sure what they had going on that day but if you do go there use caution.
On a great day I would give Krystal a 4 star review. Some days their food is decent, but that is only when you get it FRESH. This time when I went I ordered 1 hamburger 1 cheeseburger and 2 Krystal chicks with extra mayo. I legit had to repeat the order at least 4 times before it was read back correctly. The young lady and the window seemed nice but that was about the one and only positive thing about this visit. The hamburger looked like someone had cooked it 5 hours ago and put it in their pocket and sat on it a few times. The meat was very old and the onions were burned. The cheeseburger was just the same only with cheese. Then the poor chicks...for some reason they both came with cheese even though we did not ask for any. Thankfully they did not charge me for it and it was still cold so it peeled off easier than if melted but I'm certain that it had to do with how old and crusty the chicken was. The outside was so old it wouldnt break off at first and the inside was so dry. Needless to say I think my girlfriend and I ate a total of 4 or 5 bites. It may be more understandable if we went right before closing or dead of winter but it was between 4-5pm. I really do wish they would do better though because when they good and fresh I really enjoy eating there.
I have eaten twice in the last 2 weeks and I can say that the lady that was working as shift leader, made sure that the order was correct and spoke to us on both occasions. She is good to speak to each customer and she is attentive as to making sure that the customer is happy with the service and the food. Krystal is blessed to have her as an employee!!! ?
I Love Krystal's & always stop when I'm in an area that has one. Ordered chili cheese fries & a sackful of cheese Krystal's. The chili cheese fries were good but the Krystal's were cold & not fresh even after we waited 10 + minutes for our order. Pretty disappointed.
We dined in. Got the chili cheese fries and a sack of 12 burgers. The lady who appeared to be the manager, was on the work phone talking personal business in the front of the restaurant the entire time, cursing and all. The chili cheese fries were AWFUL, and the burgers were 50% mustard. Had them a few other times (to go) and it was great (reason I gave 3 stars, and not 1). This time it was not.
Bad experience. We rarely eat here but I was in the mood. Saw a BIG sign on the window that said download the Krystal app and get 2 free Krystals and a small drink. So since nobody was in a hurry to take our Order, I had plenty of time to download the app. However, when I told them about the app special which was on the window and the display screens, they didn't know anything about it! So we didn't get the advertised deal and we weren't even offered a free drink for our trouble. Manager, if that's who he was, didn't seem to care.
Never did like being served old food.I really enjoy the cheeseburgers but this last time out was no good. I'll be back.
Tabatha is the best! Y'all need more workers like her! Keep up the good work! She was busting tail to make sure our food came out fast and fresh!
