I bought 2 donuts tonight. I love the creme filled and have been eating them for almost 60 years. When I got home and took a bite of the 1st one, there was no creme. I tore open the donut, and near the very back of it was literally about a teaspoon of creme. Then Itried the next one, a chocolate topped creme filled. If you've had one before you know that creme will be sticking out of the hole where they ( are supposed to) fill it with creme. There was none. You could see down the hole like a tunnel. I tore it apart and there was a tiny bit of creme. I am so disappointed and would like to speak to the manager, but no one answered the phone. My advice, check your donuts before u leave the store.
I went to the Foley location last evening between 6-6:15PM. I was the ONLY customer in store. TWO employees were standing at the donut case. I showed my email and said I wanted a couple doz-one Mardi Gras. One clerk kept saying MG doz was regular price..??…anyway started picking out my other dozen and neither employee lifted a finger to fill my order…they opened no box etc!!JUST STOOD THERE!!! RUDE!! Is this how you want to be treated? I left-NO PURCHASE!!
Donuts always good but the staff we dealt with did not seem happy to be there. She was rude. Still good donuts but it costs nothing to be nice.
One of my favorite places to go. Love my Krispy Kreme donuts! They never disappoint.
I ask for plain glazed donuts and I got home with chocolate filled donuts. The donuts were very bad tasting no one in my family likes them, wish they had told us they were filled. Had to trow all of them away.
Enjoyed a few fresh doughnuts this morning as a family.

I ordered half dozen lemon filled. Only one donut had any filling. The staff were courteous....just no lemon filling in my donuts. 11/13/31 @6:09pm
