Customer service was terrible. Had to tell the lady checking us out what we wanted twice, she never gave us an option on what we wanted for our sides. As soon as we placed our order and paid she walked away never gave us our cups, my fiance had to get the attention of another worker to finally get our drinks. The biscuit was hard as a rock, the chicken was dry as a bone, the fries were old and fried twice. We wasted over 20 dollars on subpar food.
Our order was completely wrong when we got home. How can you mess up an order when there were only 2 people in the drive thru??? Ordered all white meat chicken bucket and got home to a bucket of legs and thighs. Called as soon as we sat down to eat,, and the manager said we are running low on wings and they probably just grabbed thighs on accident. Wouldn't refund our money, but wanted us to drive our food back up there so she could exchange it for us. After working 11 hours, we were not taking another 30 minutes to drive back and forth for them to correct their mistake. We didn't eat any of it & took it back the next day. They still refused to give us a refund, only would give us a replacement. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered an 80 dollar order the day before, dining room closed but no signs. Asked why no signs about dining room being closed I get yelled at saying they are short staffed. Even said do you want the order or not. The lady was extremely rude. I get it everyone is short staffed but basic communication and customer service shouldn’t be that hard of a concept
It's fast food. I love the crispy chicken breast. Service was fast and correct. Can't ask for much more at a fast food place.
The food quality is terrible. Price gone up and the chicken became so small. All the soda syrup gone and the stuff doesn't care. I have tried more than twice and all the same problem. Just go to next door foosacky. That's the one I am going to try next.
Tried to get something to eat friday Feb 4th around 415. This woman behind the counter is taking an order and starts losing her mind telling us and another customer we will have to go thru drive thru because she could handle the 3 people in the dining room. Keep in mind drive thru is wrapped around the building!! That's ok. Ill NEVER be back.. we went across the street to Wendy's. Thanks for nothing you rude individual.
Y’all completely exceeded my expectations!! The fries were hot and crispy and probably the best fries I’ve ever had…. The beyond chicken with the KFC sauce is perfection!! Y’all will be seeing a lot of me lol thank you!!!
I love this Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, but the plant-based nuggets were not all that great. The breading part of them was the worse part. So I took the breading off of them and ate of them because I don't like to waste food. But I won't be ordering them again. Other than that I'll continue to order chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken because their real chicken is delicious!
Last night I tried the beyond chicken nuggets which were delicious actually.The crew was friendly as usual this KFC is always clean and my food is always fresh and hot.GREAT JOB 5?????to you all
Love this KFC ! Great people who wrk there. We eat there at least 3xs a month ! NEVER disappointed with food or service. Thanks guys for always being kind n funny...
