Employees and staff are very kind and sweet. They are very friendly, even with service animals. Food always taste amazing, food is ready quickly and vey clean place. Employees are kind enough to talk to you and have a conversation with you. 10 out of 10 recommend to everyone If I could I would come back everyday. This place over all is the best. I arrive at 6:15pm at firehouse. Always came to firehouse never had any problems. The general manager Tammy asked me who I was buying the food for and I said my girl. Then she told me that she should’ve spit in my girls food. There was 2 witnesses Suzy and keondrey. Also on another note my girl is currently pregnant. Sounds like firehouse needs a new general manager.
I always get the Italian sub and it never disappoints me! Great food and great customer service!
Nice staff. Average sandwich. Takes a while to get the food. Price seems a little high for a sub.
20$ for a burnt soggy sandwich the burnt flavor actually stuck to the meat like why would you use that bread if you burned it

For the past 5 years, I've went to firehouse to get my free birthday sub. Went to this location and they said I had to use the app (never have before). I've always just used phone number. Manager standing right there and told methere's nothing she could do. I asked for the owner and she said she couldn't give that out. So, I downloaded the app and got a small sub for free. So, Suzie proceeds to throw away the medium sub I ordered to give me the small. She cost firehouse more money. I will be contacting the owners!!!
This particular location has always seems to have friendly and helpful employees. Food is consistently well made and I have never had any issues.
Pickle was placed on the bread making the bread soggy. Otherwise, food was fresh and tasty.
I love Firehouse....that Club on a Sub is delicious! But what does a girl have to do to get that pickle with my order!? The last few times we have ordered To-go, it's perfect but minus the pickle! Yall better get it together ?
