Delivery was 200 minutes. I decide to drive up to the store hoping to get my food faster. When I walked in I saw a staff that was working diligently to get the food prepared. A nice clean near store and work area. I was thoroughly impressed with this store and it's workers. Food was ready and I was able to grab it and head home. I will definitely use this store in the future when ordering pizza.
We ordered at 7:09pm. We waited for an hour and called. They put us on hold for 21 minutes. We drove to Dominoes and arrived at 8:36. We were refunded to half price and we’re told to wait for 20 minutes and it would be ready. We waited for an hour and a half at the store, making our wait time a total of 3 hours. We were supposed celebrating our anniversary with a pizza and wine night and instead spent it in the Dominoes parking lot.

I had placed an order, closer to 12 than I would have deemed acceptable if I was a driver. He made a speedy and polite delivery. He was so nice. I want him (and Jonathan) to be awarded or something to show that domino's cares about the people that actilually make their money!! I loved my experience!!
The foley location is absolute garbage. They won’t answer calls and 4 times now I just haven’t even gotten my food they make you order online and then at 1 am the order gets canceled when they close. Highly recommend a different pizza place in foley. Trash customer service and trash ordering system. If they don’t have time to deliver then call back right away or do something on the app don’t make me sit by my door for 4 hours until you cancel it. 0/10
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with a side salad, The salad was still within date but didn’t need to be served because the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were soft and sour!! The pizza was a little over cooked and tough!!
Matthew was so helpful and so nice knows how to make an old devil smile, gave me extra sauce cups with my order and made sure that my order was delivered on time and everything came out hot definitely will order again from the dominos from foley Matty Ice has my vote for best driver in Foley
We placed an order at 5:40pm and the delivery time was 29-39 minutes. The order didn’t leave the store until 6:22pm and didn’t arrive at our home until 7:05pm. That’s a total of 85 minutes and 43 minutes in the delivery drivers vehicle. When the food finally arrived we opened the boxes and the pizza and stuffed cheesy bread was extremely undercooked. The shredded cheese on the pizza wasn’t even at all melted. Everything was ice cold to touch and had to be re heated here in our home. We ordered the brownies as dessert and they were rock hard and burned. I picked up the phone and called the store only to be hung up on after a 20 min wait. Now I’m on the phone with the store again and have been on hold for 50 minutes! I will not be ordering Domino’s again as the customer service trying to get this addressed has been a complete nightmare. We have already had issues with this store in the past and this just sealed the deal. I highly recommend saving your time and money and order from somewhere else.
I am beyond disappointed at this Domino's in Foley Alabama. When you try and call to talk to a manager no one answers. Then you have the delivery drivers asking for tips. That is beyond unprofessional.i personally recommend ordering from another restaurant.
Very disappointed. Wings had sauce drizzled on them, not tossed. I also didn’t order mushrooms but got them in my pasta. Tried calling the store I never received an answer.
They are sooo amazing. I ordered, got my food less than an hour later and Solomon was so kind!!! I know there’s times that it won’t always be perfect but you all made my day!!! Thank you Foley Domino’s you all rock!!! ♥️
