This place has a really stacked menu! I usually have the veggie fajitas. This time I ordered the spinach enchiladas along with the shrimp soup. O M G! This combination is going to be hard to beat. The flavors were popping and I wasn't stopping. Every few bites I'd work in some of the chips and salsa they brought out when we first sat down. The textures, flavors and temperatures of each dish worked so well together. Prompt greeting as soon as my wife and I walked through the door. Our server was attentive and on point. The setting is cool and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and drop in. Your wallet won't mind either.

Family came here for Mother’s Day dinner. Was a minimal message wait in a holiday night. We got Estefani as our server and she was INCREDIBLE!!!! Super friendly, attentive and fast! We never had to ask for or wait for anything at all! We ordered and no kidding we had our food within 8-10 minutes at our table! Everything tasted amazing. Not a single complaint with our food or service. Definitely refreshing to have such good service and good food! Will definitely be back!!!!!

We celebrated a birthday with friends last night. We had a growing crowd which caused us to keep adding tables to accommodate the numbers. This restaurant was so patient with the changing numbers. We sat on the bar side and the bartender Taylor was amazing. She was attentive, accurate and gracious as drinks and food was served . The food was hot and delicious and came quickly for the numbers of guests ordering. Thank you Taylor and Cactus Cantina for making our birthday celebration wonderful!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received, and on a to go order at that. Half the meal was missing, they offered us a comp on a future visit, but we won't be back. The manager is an absolute joke, too.

Very Mediocre Mexican restaurant. Very American-ized. My husband's quesadilla was almost too salty to eat, the cheese sauce is like a white Velveeta sauce, the chips were a bit stale, salsa bland. Best part was the service!

Terrible terrible service. Not busy, new system so we tried to be understanding but it took about an hour to even get water and even longer for any other drinks. I'm pretty patient but this place needs some attention. Other locations far exceed this one. Food is what you expect at a Mexican restaurant. No complaint at all on good.....once we actually received it. Half the table got food and finished before the rest got theirs.

We came in for a quick lunch and ended up chilling for an hour and a half at the Bar with Jeremy. He was awesome! We really really enjoyed him and his bar expertise! This was the Absolute Best Half & Half Margarita I have ever had! He made it that way! Way to go Jeremy! We live 30 min away, but would drive that far again just to see him do what he does! What a cool dude!

I’ve eaten at other locations, it’s never that good. Service is usually good, no different at this one. I had the steak fajitas here, it was the saltiest meat I’ve ever tasted. It was barely edible. The veggies might as well of been raw. I don’t know why the lettuce needs to be in a tortilla bowl instead of on the plate. Good guacamole and the $2 margs were great.

A small margarita made with Patron was $15.99. Small!!! Very disappointed.

Visiting Gulf Shores Cactus Cantina the atmosphere and food were great but the impeccable service received from Jeremy, aka Emry was what really made this resteraunt stand out! My advice for anyone visiting for the first time or as a repeat customer, ASK FOR JEREMY!
