Ok for single or poor people…. Not that I’m rich but let’s face it. I’m from Atlanta Anyone can open a can a read directions. That’s exactly what it is. I think they have a good thing going but single and poor with no home cooking isn’t going to bring the bacon… what this area needs is really good southern home cooking…. Like thanksgiving but not from a box or can. Saracenos is amazing but still lacks things along with this entire area…. What is that???? a real southern cat head biscuit or authentic taco. Figure it out. We had a southern cooking and biscuit buffet that everyone in the entire area would stop at everyday something I never thought I wouldn’t be able to find until I moved here. Next on my list a authentic taco. Three Mexicans would work at a gas station and sell tacos for $1.50 tamales there mom would make the night before and they would sell out before 11 am. I waited for my $1.50 toco one day and saw them go thru order numbers 1-100 just while I was waiting. I’m sure those Mexicans are millionaires and Loretta and her country buffet brings in more daily then a Cracker Barrel in a major city just fyi
Stopped by for lunch. Food was over-the-top delicious country cooking. I will return again and again!
Small buffet but well worth it. I can't wait to go back. I have never had gumbo before and there's was amazing.
I've been in here several times now, and I haven't had anything bad. Everything is delicious. Good country comfort food. As good as this place is, the word is going to get out.
Shhhh....keep this between us...this is the real deal. Southern comfort food buffet at eat there every day prices. Worth the drive from the beach to get a good meal and a break from seafood.I loved the meatloaf, my wife devoured a pork chop. Mac and cheese was done right. Everything we put in our mouths was good.You'll drive by, cause it doesn't look like much, but you'll be missing a wonderful lunch.
Buffet, good food & plenty of it. Comfortable environ to chow down! The buffet has smaller steamer pans so it's all fresh when you put it on your plate. If they're out, just give it a few minutes to replenish.
I sent my new husband to get a Togo of cooked greens. They charged him 10.00.!!!! That's crazy!! I think they did that because he has a heavy southern draw from the mountains of Tennessee . Anyway. I will not be back. And neither anyone I tell them what happened to us. I have lived here 22 years.
