Love the chicken. Juicy and hot! Fries session just right. Lots of parking drive through is fast.
Had a lunch date hear a few months ago and it was nice and clean on the inside. Enjoyed my time there.

Managers…what are you doing? I asked if I could have the 6 or 8 boneless wings meal and was told yes. (The reason why I said 6 or 8 is because I knew it was changed but I forgot to what). I pulled up and looked at the receipt and I was charged for the fling plate. I told the sweet girl at the window (I think her name was Janiya) that I ordered the boneless wings. So she told her manager and the manager said “well that’s not what’s on the ticket”. ….I was stunned that instead of her telling me she’d change it, she argued with me about 3 times saying that’s not what was ordered, that wasn’t right, last boneless wings that was ordered was 15 minutes ago….i then said “I ordered the boneless wings…”. The very nice girl who’s name started with a J tried to help the manager understand. Manager then yells at her crew to make her the great 8. the sweet girl then apologized to me. But not the manager, go figure.
Zaxby's was simply DELISH!The entire meal was cooked to perfection. And their sauces are scrumptious. Can u tell I haven't eaten at the location. Lol
