Worst experience at Zaxby's ...will not return to the restaurant in Florence. Manager was extremely rude on the night shift. My gift card wasn't working so he accused me of buying a gift card earlier in the week and not paying for it. My girt card was a gift from my family for Christmas!!! I knew nothing about someone buying a gift card there earlier that week. I was soooo embarrassed ? never going back to this restaurant!! Humiliated NO STARS!!!!
Food’s good, but they can’t even put sauces in the bag for delivery. I paid extra for it. So make sure you are getting what you pay for.
Everytime I go to this location my order is wrong and it never fails, if I order a salad I can quarante that I will not get salad dressing or a fork!! I'm not going to go here anymore. It's ridiculous.
Literally waited in line for 10 minutes, was 3 cars away from the order taking screen. Then some kid came out with an order taking kiosk in her hands, I didn't know what I wanted because I hadn't got to the menu yet and they don't have a full menu on their little flier. So instead of being able to pull up to see the full menu I had to go to the end of the line again, to look up the menu online, and it was another 20 minute wait until I got to the window.
Closed nearly an hour before time posted on door and online.
I love zaxbys food but its just priced to high and sometimes service and quality are lacking.
Food is always delicious. Drive thru pleasant and they always get my order quick and correct.
They have the best fries
like the grilled chicken sandwich but not a fan, at all, of the Zaxby's sauce nor the kicking sauce on the sandwich; and I like spicy food. So, grilled chicken, which is very good, will be what I buy there.
The staff was very helpful and food was delicious!
