Drove a bit out of our way for the food based on the reviews. No place to sit, so had to drive to a local park to eat. Food was pretty good. My chicken sandwich was just ok, fish and chips and the jumbalaya po'boy were better.

I've tried something different every time I have gone here. It's always been fantastic. Great food and service.

Take out only. I liked the jambalaya po boy. Ice tea good. Popular lunch spot.

Great food. Great service.

Delicious food. Would definitely go back

This place is a hidden treasure! Absolutely delicious! If you haven’t tried it, it’s a MUST! There are so many choices on the menu, I can’t wait to work my way through them all! Highly recommend this jewel!

This is a nice burger shop that has quality food from there burgers to there salmon blt, with a personal favorite being the tea brined chicken. There has not been one thing on the menu that I tried and did not think that it was great. So I would 100% recommend this place.

Literally eat their shrimp tacos every Friday! SO GOOD! The food is always super fresh and I've never tried anything I didn't like.

A Mini Story [Review] about A Treasured Find...Once upon a Saturday afternoon, a hungry family on the way back from Mississippi, was looking for a good place to eat. They searched the reviews in the County of Lauderdale ,and Lo,and Behold, "The Shoals Shack" sounded like the place to try. Now, This little food establishment is not on a main road, and if this MommaP was having to use directions such as North, South, East West, we would be lost for eternity. Thank goodness for GPS.OOO, I said a Mini story,Right? OKSo, Between the Delightful Customer Service [Jennifer ROCKS], the quickness of our order being done, Plus the Absolutely Most PHENOMENAL FOOD in Alabama, plus Fantastic Sweet Tea, This lil family had their tummies filled, left with such joy, they will be back and HIGHLY Recommend. The End

Best food I have had in a while! The shrimp and grits special…?
