Cheesey boxes were really good and thank you for bringing back Mexican pizza it was so delicious !! Guy on the drive thru wanted to be anywhere but at Taco bell working but he was there .....

Garbage would not take my order wanted me to use the kiosh I came in to order and eat not stand at some screen and learn some process that took my lunch time up will not be back
It's awkward to deal with the kiosk! I prefer having a person take my order !
This is a Taco Bell. If you've been to a Taco Bell, you've been here. It's the newer dinner room format with ample charging outlets. But there's nothing amazing nor anything awful to report. It's a Taco Bell.
If you'd like the wrong order this is the place to go, Every time. When you call back to tell them the order was wrong they cuss you out literally. Woman manager there today is the worse person to deal with very rude with attitude. Should be a zero star option.
The manager was chewi g out an employee in way that should not have been done. It was disrespectful for the customers to over hear and disrespectful to him as she made a public show of it. She should have brought the employee to an office or cooler and had a discussion. Managers should never talk fown to lower staff. They set the example to be followed and that was a terrible example. I didn't even order food when i was there for not wanting to approach the counter.
Went there right around noon on a Monday. Drive-thru was closed and the lobby was also closed. They opened the door before I got back to the car and locked it after I left. They were out of the new cantina tacos and kick-start, but that seems to be the norm wherever you go these days. All that being said, the staff was friendly and the food I got was good.

Employees showed no desire to be helpful to a walk up service. Very disappointing and will affect my desire to eat at other Taco Bell’s. Will share this experience with others privately.
