I placed an order thru the subway app. When I picked my order, one of the items was incorrect. The guy at the counter printed a receipt that showed a different item than what I ordered on the app. I showed my order from the app to him and I asked him to remake it the way I ordered. He did remake it but had a very poor attitude about it. After he remade it, he handed me the item and said to me in a very disrespectful tone "I remade it this time, but I won't do it again". It is completely understandable for an error to occur in the ordering system, but such horrible customer service is never acceptable.

I have always loved this subway, but tonight was the night I don’t enjoy the shop. After my wife got home with our food, hers was fine and warm and my chicken bacon ranch was cold, and they put the wrong cheese on it. The rotisserie chicken that was used was ice cold and the bacon wasn’t even fully hot as well nor did it looked cooked. After a phone call, the employee who had her boyfriend in the back with her reminding her she had customers, the employee told me there was nothing there could do because it may have been sitting on the table for a while, and after my wife told her she watched her make it, it was still decided nothing could be done because a night shift manager wasn’t set and was told to call back the next day. This is ridiculous, because any time when I worked at subway, we were always told to remake the sandwich no matter what.

I used to love coming to this subway until I found out the manager was flirting with a 14 year old girl. Parents beware.

No lettuce on my sandwich and it’s a BLT. Lettuce is in the name. What are you hiring

The service was good. The staff was attentive and worked as an effective team. They made our food quickly and correctly.

I haven't been to a Subway where the workers didn't act annoyed that I was there in a long time.

Predictably very good sandwiches.

Very stingy on their proteins here. When you have a container with the correct portion size for a wrap, you fill it up all the way. I’m not paying $8.50 for my wrap to be double rolled.
