This place really angers me. I truly love the food but my order can never be right! Out of the last 4 times ive ordered over 6 weeks its been wrong 2 different times. This time items completely missing out of my box like what did I pay for at 25 bucks a pop you would think it would be right everytime! Lost this customer! I called to complain and guy was like when the driver returns I'll have him run u the missing items... Yea because I'll be done with the rest of my food and my lunch as Well! I want go back! If you arder from here check your food b4 the deliver driver leaves....
This small little business in Sheffield, AL was a big surprise. I found my new favorite place to eat in Alabame. Great food, reasonable price and great souther hospitality

We will not be back. The burger tasted like a pre made frozen one. I ordered it medium rare and it was practically burnt. My husband had a ribeye sandwich and hardly any meat and he said no flavor. We were highly disappointed. Used to be our favorite place and I see a lot of restaurants are really going downhill. Obviously this one! Nearly $30 we spent for awful tasting food.

Don't bother ordering a drink....you won't get it. They do want to offer you a credit to your order or free cheesecake on your next order. That doesn't solve what I will drink with this meal. It would be different if this was the only time this happened, but it happens EVERY time. There is a reason it's been 2+ years since I ordered from Steak & Stuff in Florence.
There is no other place I would rather spend my money when I’m in town. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better management and staff. Their commitment to quality is apparent in their service, and I would recommend this business to anyone in the area!
