I love the vibe, the baristas are so nice, and my order is correct! Love coming here.

A worker named summer doesn’t know the difference between a latte and an iced coffee with a splash of milk, even after I showed her my normal order. She was very rude, and this is not the first time I’ve had this problem with her.

Good service .. Orders Always right .. Longlines from 10:30 till about 2:00 i would avoid if you have small window for lunch going through the drive thru , Going inside to order is a safe bet during the prime lunch rush

The barrista did not properly stir my latte, and, it was gritty. She also never smiled, nor made eye contact. Customer Service does still matter, even for busy establishments.

I checked the hours at the Cox Creek Starbucks and the website said they closed at 10pm.I placed my order using the Starbucks app and it was accepted. The payment was processed. When I arrived at 0903 pm I was advised that the Starbucks was closed.I was told that I could come back tomorrow and get my order. I live in a different state and will not be driving back to Alabama for a refund.Someone dropped the ball here.

This is always my daughter and I's daughter date night place. We love our Starbucks thank you for always being so sweet to my baby girl.....

So if you don't want to wait over 30 minutes for one coffee then you better do a mobile order cause they get theirs first no matter if they are there or not. Lesson learned but the coffee was probably the worst I've ever had (iced caramel macchiato) and I won't be back. Very watered down and hardly no caramel hardly at all. So basically I paid $6.30 for a watered down coffee...

I put my mobile order in at 640p and it said it would be ready at 650p. I stood in the store for 20 minutes after the time it said it would be ready at and my drink was still wrong. Worst service at a Starbucks I’ve ever received.

Went in at 5:00 p.m. at Florence, Alabama, Starbucks to get a complimentary “Veterans Day” tall, but lady said they ONLY offer the regular coffee (but I could get as much sugar and milk as I wanted…). I told her I couldn’t drink caffeinated coffee this late, she said o.k.— I walked out, and said, “THAT’S TOO BAD,” and left. Aggravated, and not felt valued.

Line is always way too long and they consistently have issues with Nitro Cold Brew.
