Good food, everything you'd expect from a country buffet such as made from scratch dishes. The local customers can come as a bit of a shock to outsiders. It's like they never moved past the 70's. I gave the restaurant a lower rating because I thought the prices were far too high considering the atmosphere of the place. We spent almost $40 for the two of us... about twice what it should have been.

My wife and I are here for the first time today. The food really reminded me of my childhood. The food and atmosphere was amazing. We will be back!!!!

Excellent southern buffet. Great tasting food. Fast service. Great atmosphere.Only open a few days per week. Worth the wait.

A true hidden gem. Y'all need to find your way to this place. Home cooking at its best. All you can eat buffet plus homemade ice cream, cobbler and fresh baked deserts.5 STARS !!!

Unique buffet supper. Very good food and friendly people. Serve yourself everything but desserts and the selection is so great that you can only fit several bites of each on your plate if you try it all. You can ask for additional desserts and they are all good. The restaurant is a little off the main roD but worth the effort to find it.

Love the setup of the restaurant! The food is great as well as the desserts.. The store before you check out is too cute. Nothing like an RC Cola & Moonpie ? Will definitely be back!

We have been here twice the food is great, homey atmophere. Everything is homemade and really good.

The best down home southern food besides our grandmothers. When we’re in town we always visit and love it

Buffet style. Help yourself restaurant. Only food that was hot/warm was the mashed potatoes. Beans, chicken, okra, fish, meatloaf....all cold. Drinks were in Mason jars which was really cute. Large selection of desserts. The red velvet cake was dry, not moist. The 2 coconut cakes didn't taste at all like coconut & was dry as well. Kids 5 & younger eat free. Not expensive.Everyone was really friendly.

Everything was COLD!!! Fish, chicken, and hush puppies good but not even room temperature. Nothing was fresh like I thought...canned peas and turnip greens. Cornbread cold. Peach cobbler, the breading was hard and couldnt be eaten. I can't tell you how disappointed I was!!! Sooo many good reviews....I don't know who cooks for y'all but I'm so sorry! That insulted me and I waisted $35. for me and my husband. We will never go back. Not good country cookin'.....? BAD!!!
