The only negative about Sledge's BBQ is the hours of operation and possibly finding it but with regards to the food sledges barbecue is the best of the shoals. The seasoning and the taste is everything you would want in barbecue and although it's small and locally owned you will be hard pressed to find a better barbecue restaurant anywhere.Whether it's brisket, barbecue, chicken, or ribs sledges barbecue does an excellent job on each.
Second time here. First tried the briscit and pork. This time doing chicken and ribs. LOVED their coleslaw, sauces too.
Best BBQ in town. Only open Thursday- Saturday!!! If you haven't tried it you are missing out!!!
Went to my storage unit got dinner from sledge's BBQ . OMG it is so good we got the family pack and it will feed five people I am stuffed.
