Great waiter named Hudson he was very good at what he does and explained the menu. This was the first here and it was great.
My family and I are on a road trip through America and honestly we'd come back again just for the excellent food and service we received here at Rosie's! We were served by Anna who was wonderful, she could not have been more helpful and friendly!We were unable to order a taxi back to our hotel and so another colleague of Anna's named Frenchie offered and gave us a ride at the end of his shift. He was exceptionally kind and would not accept a gratuity for his generosity.Overall it was one of the best dining experiences we've had during our 3 week road trip and we would strongly recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity to travel to Florence!!!
Very disappointed. I ordered the veggie burrito and of all the veggies they chose to put in a burrito they chose the worst ones, and they chose to steam them, when they could’ve sautéed them and the flavor would’ve been better. Next time you do a veggie burrito you should do bell peppers, mushrooms, onions not Not celery, potatoes, Zucchini and carrots. The flavor profile was off if it wasn’t spicy.
Steak is great!! Cooked in hot butter sauce. Salad. Good eating!!!!
An amazing place with amazing staff! They were able to get our group of 27 seated and fed altogether with our food coming out at about the same time so no one sat without food. The food was delicious and served piping hot. Their fantastic staff made our evening. Our waiter Ryan was so professional and we never lacked anything. Great Job all around!
We were just walk ins so we ate at the bar and so glad we did because we had the FANTASTIC server Lucas. He was so lovely and sweet and made us laugh. Very attentive and good at his job while also making all the drinks for the entire restaurant which was packed! We never had to ask for anything he was already refilling our chips and glasses. A+ person!

First time to visit Rosie’s. It was a great experience and good food with dear friends. Brady was our server and he did an excellent job. Should my wife and I get a chance to return we will definitely visit Rosie’s again.
Overall opinion: One of my new go-to restaurants where you know the food, service and atmosphere are consistently going to be excellent.Opinion on food: The tortillas, chips, salsa and queso are fresh made in batches for quality and freshness and you can immediately tell from the first bite.Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection and tasted more like great authentic Mexican food than most other mexican restaurants I've been to. The dishes were also plated to be visually appealing, which you so rarely see unless you're dining upscale.Opinion on service: Our first waiter was slightly rude and very abrupt.. Maybe he was having an off night, who knows. He did swap out with another waiter, though by the name of Joseph, and Joseph was an absolute delight. He was so fast, friendly, and just a generally pleasant person; he seemed like Rosie's recruited him from a 5 star restaurant. He made sure to come by and update us about our food, walk by and refill our drinks and then quickly cleared our table after the appetizers so we'd have room for dinner all without disturbing any conversations which is an impressive thing.10/10 recommend to anybody!
