This place is great if you are wanting a great Italian meal. The portions were great and the prices were reasonable. I had the lasagna and it was absolutely wonderful. If I am back in Florence this will be the place I visit first.
Great food, great atmosphere and awesome service. Start with a partial French baguette and pesto. A Caesar salad and then a fantastic dinner.
Amazing experience as always! I love this restaurant, and try to come every time I visit Florence, which is about a 2 hour drive from where I live.. The service has always been great, and the food is fresh and flavorful no matter what time of day you visit. We luckily got to meet Britt, who was our server this weekend. She was outstanding in every way. We have definitely made a friend meeting her! When we left we got hugs and even a picture together. I hope we can see her again the next trip we make! She made our meal such a fun time.
If you love Italian, don’t miss out on going to Ricatoni’s in downtown historic Florence. We had the calamari appetizer, veal parmigiana and chicken Alfredo followed by tiramisu. All of it was fabulous! Best Italian we have had in years. Fun atmosphere, very casual , full bar, greeted with wonderful warm bread, great service.
Food and bread was awesome and we enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the staff. NEVER RAN OUT OF TEA. We will come again. I enjoyed the lasagna.
This place was awesome!! The building was super clean, the staff was very attentive and the food was spot on. We will definitely be back to enjoy the delicious food. I was very shocked to see the spiral staircase leading up to a second dining area that overlooks the entire restaurant.
We had a large party, so we expected to have to wait a bit to be seated. Once inside at the table, our server was present and attentive, and kept us refilled on drinks and bread without having to be flagged down. He was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about the menu and the eatery itself. We had an overall excellent experience and we will be back.
Nice place with nice ambiance. Excellent service. The Smoked Duck & Sausage Pasta was good, the Tempura Chicken Salad was very good. We enjoyed the complimentary bread with olive oil and Italian spices. This was my initial visit based on a recommendation.
tables are too close to the prep area. servers are too close to the eating area. good service given the space is so tight.
