We were there today for a late lunch and it was a good experience, the food was delicious and Mike our servers was excellent.

OMG! The food was amazing, literally so good our waiter asked what we needed whenever we needed something so we never had to ask her to come and for the food, I got shrimp scampi and it was amazing as usual, and this time I could eat it right away because it wasn't too hot or too cold it was the perfect temperature! I'm definitely coming back to this restaurant it was so good.

Oh my god. GREAT food. Expensive, hence why we only went here for a special occasion. But I will always remember our meal and drinks. Worth buying a drink, best drink we had in town.We sat at the bar to eat, our server was super sweet and funny. We actually enjoyed her presence which is rare. We usually keep to ourselves. If you can afford it, COME HERE!!!!!Relaxing setting. Clean. We had to wait 15 minutes, but worth the wait. I don't know if they can reserve a table or not, but try to call and reserve one to avoid a wait and see what they say. Or just plan to wait, they have a nice seating waiting area and lobsters in the lobby to look at.Visiting from Canada ??Love from Kelsey & Lydia

The restaurant was not busy. The restaurant was dirty, vacant tables were all dirty in our area and had to ask the waitress to clean. Our server was not in the mood to wait on us today, bad attitude, had to ask for napkins, refills, never came back and she was working only 2 tables. Food was good although would have been nice to have condiments like ketchup for fries, and vinegar for fish etc. Prices are high.

I love it here. Always great food. Crab legs are always my fave

We went to Red Lobster In Florence last weekend and we really enjoyed it. It was lobster fest(my fav) and we got our favorite waiter which is always a plus. He was very busy and it seemed like they were short staffed but we wasnt in a hurry and the wait was worth it. He is a fantastic server and we ask for him everytime hes working. Everything was good, loved the calmiari . Cant wait to come back for endless shrimp fest :)

The appetizers were great and hot. It was 2 adults and 4 children (11 to 18) and we waited and waited AND WAITED. When we finally got the food (lobster pizza, popcorn shrimp, surf and turf, crab legs and seafood linguine) 2 of ours was cold. Like you could tell it was sitting there for a while. It was almost 930pm when we got our food so of course we didn't want to wait again for fresh food. I could tell they had waited for everything to be done before bringing it out. You just can't do that with seafood. Most seafood changes taste and it's awful when cold. Also my crab legs were not all the way cooked. The meat was just....blah. However the manager did take those 2 meals off of our ticket and we did tip the waiter accordingly.

Passing through Florence and stopped for lunch. Food was so overcooked it was hard to cut with a fork. I had the Admiral's Feast and the fish, scallops, shrimp and crabstrips were all tough as nails. The fish was so dried out I have to wonder if it had been reheated. We got our drink orders and had about three pieces of ice in each of our glasses. Within two minutes there was no ice at all in my glass. I drank it all and finally got our waiter to refill it and same thing about three pieces of ice. There was a handmade sign at the hostess station that said we have oysters. I ordered oysters and was told they were out. If you are out take down your poster board saying you have them.

Food was good just had to wait forever just to get some extra dressing for my salad. It wasn't crowded at all but I'm pretty sure the slow service was because they didn't have enough employees to work. Which people not wanting to work has become an epidemic, which is very sad and ridiculous.. So other than the slow service Red Lobster was very good tonight and that's why our server was tipped very very well and she just wouldn't stop thanking us. She definitely deserved it 100%. We will be dinning there again very soon ..

We always have a great experience at this location. I have never had a complaint. I would get the cheesecake for dessert, not the Kellie pie.
