The lady at the window tonight had a bad attitude because we placed a mobile order at 7:24 and they were closing at 8. By the time my husband arrived for pickup at 7:35 the food had not been started. She said the food has to cook (of course chicken has to be cooked ???) and that they close at 8 and still needed to clean the fryers. ??? She wanted him to cancel the order. He did not. They were “out” of mashed potatoes we ordered, and the only available option was fries. They were not overly busy. I don’t understand why placing an order 36 minutes before closing time is a problem for a fast food restaurant. I don’t understand allowing employees to speak to customers with such an attitude. When my husband received his food, he thanked the guy who brought it out. The guy responded with “yeah”. From reading the other reviews, it sounds like the employees are consistently awful to everyone. Does no one care?
I love thier chicken tenders with honey it's so yummy thier mashed potatoes are so good to the staff are really cool and entergetic this one woman made me laugh because my husband didn't know what kids wanted and I was in back seat so I ordered from back seat and when we got to window she said pull on up I wanna talk to her ? it really made my day and gave me a good laugh she was so sweet and caring about me and acknowledged my kids back there with me and said hello to every single one of them
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE- STOP going to Popeyes in Florence, AL until the company understands that Customer Service is Important!!! The service is HORRIBLE. The manager has a disgusting attitude. She really makes the mood depressing. Customer Service is not being mad because someone is patronizing the business. Popeyes do better with hiring these people. You get a 0 with me. A change needs to happen within your hiring process. I will be contacting corporate. This has been going on for years. When will a change happen!!!
Came around 5pm and was notified in the drive thru they didn't have any drums or wings and would have to wait 20 minutes to cook if I wanted. Changed my order to chicken strips instead which they only had spicy which was fine. Finally get to the window to pay only to be notified I had to pull around for 4 minutes for the biscuit to cook only to take like 10 minutes instead. ? Now I know why I had quit coming to the Popeyes in Florence Blvd.
I love the chicken here. However the last few times the chicken is good but the service hasn't been as good as it used to be. Just today I ordered a 12 piece family meal spicy dark meat and Cajun fries and red beans and rice as my 2 sides. Well when I get home I noticed that I didn't get dark I got mixed. And I didn't get my red beans and rice. Also when I ordered for spicy chicken it wad like they were trying to discourage me from ordering it said it was going to be a 10 minute wait for the spicy all dark. But when I get to the window it was only a few minutes. So I was disappointed with those things.
Good experience ordered through AP. Got there a little wait had to repeat name 3 times. The lady at the window is rude as a lot have said. Food was hot and fresh. We still need a Church's chicken in our area.
Soggy chicken sandwiches that had obviously been sitting in a bag for a long time. The bread and batter were both disgusting. My husband was so excited for the sandwiches and then was completely disappointed. We won't be back.
I loved the food, but the lady named Keli did our order. She was so nasty, and wouldn't give us time to order. She was talking very smart to. She almost got caught up !!!!!!
