I ordered a large stuff crust pizza at 6:18 pm they said it would be ready o 13 minutes by the time I got up to the window it was 6:48. The worker hands me my pizza and I asked if it had the extra cheese because I have ordered extra cheese before and I don’t get so as I went to look before I left the window she says oh we are out of stuff crust and we tried to call all of our stuff crust customers so we called you. I pulled out my phone and told her no one called me. I asked if it was the same price oh no but I can give you a credit. Oh so if I didn’t decide to look right then she wasn’t going to say anything. On top of that lied to my face and didn’t give me the option to choose the another crust. I will rather use another Pizza Hut other than this one. Poor service!
There pizza is always hot and fresh. Every single time I order to go, it's perfect.

I ordered on doordash at 3:50. At 5:30 Pizza Hut cancelled my order. Keep in mind I ordered one pizza and cheese sticks that’s it. Never got my food, and the doordash driver said that “ there was drama between the workers. So 4 drivers were not able to get my order. Insane. Never ordering or eating here again. I recommend if you don’t want a 2 hour wait with no results you do the same.
The online ordering was easy, the young lady at the window was friendly, the pizza was hot, and tasted delicious!! From start to finish the entire experience was perfect!!!
I was staying at hospital with husband and pizza was very cold and it was not even cut. So with no way to heat it or cut it. Throwed it away. Only eat pizza from pizza hut but afte this last one I am not sure. Worst pizza I have ever waster my money on.

I made a mistake on my online order and had already submitted it. I called the store and told them what happened. They wrote down what it should have been and it was correct when it showed up.
Make sure pizza is not burnt. We ordered the big dinner box and one of the three pizzas were burnt.
