This is the second visit my wife and I have made. We love this place. The Grown up Grill Cheese, 901 Cheesesteak and the Dragon fire nacho’s are on point. Next time, the burgers. I can’t wait. Bodey has been our waiter every time and he has done an exceptional jobs. Thanks Pimento’s!
Loaded cheese fry is my favorite and our server was awesome I think she was the manager. We ate upstairs and that was my first it was an awesome vibe and pretty cool and roomy up there. There was some arcade games in the back and overall great food and great experience as always. My friend Chico just got in town from IL and he and Ashley loved it.
This place is amazing . I LOVE their Loaded Bacon Cheese Fry Burger , it melts in mouth , the taste of bacon and pinch of scallions is the perfect combo in that , tastes sooo good !!!One of the finest Burger places in town .

First time here since this place was owned by City Hardware. The atmosphere is around the same as well as the seating arrangements, I spent time upstairs at the dedicated bar where Ally was my bartender, fast service and friendly staff, she definitely made the experience better.I tried the build your own burger, the ingredients tasted fresh, the meat itself was maybe not as seasoned as I prefer but none the less it was fresh and tasty. The fries were pretty fresh and not too greasy, perfect amount of crunch.Would like to revisit and try other menu items, but I'd be happy to take a date here.Edit: I walked around some and discovered there is a gaming room or recreational area upstairs all the way in the back, I think it's a little underadvertised but a really cool addition, very interested in seeing how this place grows over time and if it's becomes a popular staple of downtown nightlife in Florence. They also have a blackboard that the bar offers patrons to buy drinks in advance for their friends that they can cash in the next time they visit.
Pretty good basic bar food for a franchise but the servers make this place a delight. They are so nice and humored me when I couldn't decide what to order. It's awesome for lunch.
Great Service and Great Food! Our server was outstanding and our orders were served timely. They have several menu items that I definitely still want to try. Great atmosphere and I look forward to my next visit. Most definitely recommend for their great Pimento and it's addition to their many different dishes!
901 Cheesesteak was good. Portion size could be increased for what we paid but overall was good food.
Went on a really busy night and our food was brought out quickly and my burger was delicious! I am very picky about a hamburger, and this burger was awesome. Our waiter was sweet and funny and awesome as well, he made our first time at Pimentos a great one. His name was Skylar. ?
Love all the staff. My server told us about the funnel cake fries. So we ordered some. They were to die for. They were made in house. They have caramel and whipped topping on them. My new favorite!!!
