I felt bad for the young man who was working. I had placed a large order several days prior and arrived on time only to be told they had no order for me. This was 15 minutes before my crew had been invited to covene for pizza. Same young man said that he worked fast and could get my issue resolved. My order was a special online and I was told that had no idea about the online aspects of the business. So my order of 5 extra large pizzas and one gluten-free that I had meticulously ordered became a last minute adjustment of 5 large, one extra large and the gluten-free. Two pizzas were correct. Yes, the manager discounted the order. But somethings cannot be undone. And despite the fact that the order was wrong, if I could I would consider hiring the person at the window who tried to make things work when being under pressure and pretty much alone. Side note: unless you are ordering pepperoni the toppings are sparse. I got one slice of the gluten-free and it wasn't bad.
Just picked up my pizza. Only had one employee working inside. Really nice young lady greeted me at window and quickly brought my order to me.If you go here and have to wait 5-7 minutes for your pizza don't be a jerk. It's a pizza. Is it really worth getting upset over?
Pizza/food has always been good. Service, cannot say the same. Over the first quarter of 2022 something has changed. February, the website was not working, so I called in an order. Person taking the order was distracted, did not know the menu, but took my card fine. Arrived to pick up, no one at the drive through, doors locked. Went back to drive through and knocked and a man came to the window and said they were closed due to weather. I noted that the earlier storm warning was already canceled and I had paid for an order. He turned around and said, "Oh, then this must be yours" handed me my food. Closed the window and turned out the light. One month later, I order online get notified my order is ready, get to the store and sit in line for 14 minutes. Drove around to walk up, doors are all locked, no signs. Go back to the drive through and finally get to the window where several signs are posted about no ordering at the drive through, etc. I asked why the doors were locked and was told it was due to Covid. No was masked, or gloved. There were no signs as mentioned. Total time to pick up order AFTER it was ready was 23 minutes. It was ordered and completed in less. Probably won't return.
Papa please no more tou delicious pizza.....I can't stop on my own papa quit something to wash this down the other pie is comimg..delicious pizza hands down

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT PIZZA
I mean it's standard Papa John's BUT YOU WILL wait almost 3 hours for a pizza from this location and it will be ice cold when it gets to you. They work on a skeleton staff and refuse to pay anyone a decent wage to work there, so while they ARE open, you gonna wait A WHILE for any type of service.
