I've been here twice. They either give you the wrong food, or just don't have it. I paid for a bowl and they didn't have shrimp, after receiving the wrong food, I went back in and asked if because they had shrimp now and it would only be an upcharge of a dollar if I could get it on top. Because they can't refund I was charged 12 dollars for something that should've cost 6.
So this is the second time in as many attempts we’ve had issues. This time we tried to order via their app. Wasn’t working. So drove to restaurant to order via drive through. They “couldn’t do it”. They couldn’t “offer” the family meal special via drive through. Tried app again while in drive thru line. Still no luck. Finally worked on website, not app. And then they told us to come back to pick it up in 35 minutes because they were too busy! And it was like 3PM. Lowest volume of the day surely. Mind you not a car in line but me. Just as asinine as the first time a few weeks ago. These people need serious customer service training and improved management leadership. Seriously. Possibly rank lowest customer service in this type of fast fresh chain I’ve ever experienced, twice in a row!
In the past year since they opened..has gone straight down hill. Containers was mostly empty..if we wanted those they would half to cook it....Rice was cold & sticky, only 4 bites of orange chicken the rest was skin an sauce..terrible experience, will not go back!!
The restaurant always feels very clean. The food is really good. My favorite thing to order is the SweetFire Chicken Breast with fried Rice. It has red peppers, onions and pineapples. The sauce is more sweet than hot.
Stopped in Panda express last night. Ordered the firecracker shrimp and the black pepper chicken. Along with the mixed vegetables instead of rice. You can notice everything thing is low cal. About 550 for the entire meal. Except for the fact that the black pepper chicken was only 3 small pieces. And celery along with a few onions. Just because I got it to go does not mean I want to get screwed. This lowered my calorie intake by 200 so my dinner was 350. I like to eat light but this is uncalled for. I will be by today to get my black pepper chicken. And as I live 15 miles away will be the last time through your door.
It's Americanized fast food Chinese and it's delicious!
CAN I SAY ORANGE CHICKEN!!! That stuff was made by Gordon Ramsey himself. There’s nothing like going to panda after a long day and smacking down some Panda. Highly recommend the Orange chicken
We've enjoyed 3 meals here - and each time, the meal has been good - flavor, options, portions. Nice options for vegetarians or meat lovers. The beef and chicken dishes are excellent. Spring rolls are excellent with a crispy wrap, as well as the rangoons. Unlimited drink refills, and top off with a fortune cookie, and you've got a good meal. Even though the server only offered chow mein and fried rice as a base, white and brown rice are also available. The restaurant is clean and well maintained.
The food was good. We needed a quick dinner and it was getting late. The restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel. The service was a little slow, but they were getting close to closing time. We got our meals to go -- orange chicken with fried rice bowl and teriyaki chicken with fried rice bowl. Both were tasty.
It’s okay to have occasionally. My husband loves the orange chicken & Spring Rolls. We first ate at one in Pigeon Forge as we weren’t aware they had opened in a Florence.
