Same as the others.. they already close way earlier than other restaurants and stop cooking food almost an hour before they close. If it’s after 7pm expect a limited menu.
Worst food and worst customer service. The kid at the drive thru didn't really care, sold okd crusty rice and tiny bits and pieces of chicken, they robbed me plain and simple, just tell me you don't have any food instead of stealing my hard earned money, my God curse this place and their rotten staff.
Food is good first of all. But I come here almost every night around 730 to 7:45 PM they always say that they’re almost out of food and they will let me know what they have left because they’re about to close. The problem is is that they close an hour from then at 8:30 PM. Obviously that is enough time to cook some food of my choice, no other restaurant would serve their food that is this on fresh.
Panda Express provides a good choice of various Chinese selections but due to changes since COVID they no longer provide free samples to help you choose what to eat.My only negative regarding Panda Express is that my last several visits the selections I got want that hot (serving temperature) and for seniors they don't provide a senior discount.The value is good and they also have a drive thru window where you pull around back to order and along side to pick up your food.
The food was good and the staff was friendly. My only friendly advice is please turn up the hot plate bcs the food was not as hot as it used to be.
Rice was under cooked, crunchy. Chicken, old been sitting, dried out. Not edible. No manager available. Definitely would not recommend the Florence restaurant.
We came to eat at 7pm and the workers said they have already cleaned up most of their food items since they close soon and have limited items available. I looked online and they close at 8:30.
We were thrilled to find a Panda Express in the town we were going thru. It is always my very favorite fast food. A couple of the selections were low or empty, but what we got was good. It didn't seem as hot as we are used to temperature wise, but we sat outside so maybe it cooled fast. I would ask them to check their temperatures because Panda food usually comes too hot to eat quickly. Food was good tho, and we were thankful to get it after a long drive.
The crew at this Panda Express is great. They are always friendly ready to help, the food is great always hot, & it is always so clean.
They did have a lot of food out to Choose from. And the chicken I got was so tough you couldn’t chew it. First time the food has ever been bad there. Not sure what is going on.
