Our server Taylor was awesome. The food was awesome. The staff was awesome. The new doughnuts are awesome. Fast and Friendly, Clean and Neat.
The bartender during the day, tall blonde. mesa maybe, is awesome. i watched her with some elderly ladies and if the world has more like her, it would be better…. she always smiles and sings. i’ve never seen her not smiling. Give her a raise.
So we have never had an Issue at Olive Garden. Food was fine the hostess was friendly and courteous. However the waitress was beyond rude. Not just everyday rude but beyond what anyone should tolerate. My wife use to be a waitress and always tips well. Between the absolute horror of a person she was it even went further as she could not preform the job as well. Not bringing drinks or getting a simple order right. It's the first time in 12 years of marrige my wife refused to tip. We may return but if she is our waitress we will ask for another.
Service was incredibly slow, yes it was Friday night and there were probably 16 people in the restaurant total drinks took forever food took FOREVER the waitress Might have come to our 6 top once in the hour and a half it took us to have our meal. The food was good but it was kind of lost on the general lack of service and undersized Dinner portions. 20+ a plate for an entree you expect a certain level of service I suppose. Severely lacking compared to previous visits.
We had an awesome waitress, Samantha, who never let our glasses get empty and we had a smile on our face through our whole meal. Enjoyed is an understatement. Food was hot and perfect.
Food was good, but the bartender/waiter was sarcastic and kind of rude. We were sat at a table in the bar which we didn't request, dirty dishes stacked everywhere, table behind us filled with coats some of which kind of smelled. Did not stay long, didn't even finnish eating just boxed up our food and took it home to eat, didn't even order desert just wanted to leave.
I like this restaurant. but! Mmmm.I went to the restaurant this evening with my wife and my son.at7pm I was stunned by what happened!1. I ordered a sweet iced tea and when I asked for a refill, I brought a tea with a flavor.2. I asked for the Salt House And it was very little on the big plate.3. Shrimp Fritto Misto(When the order came it fell from the waiter by mistake and the manager came and apologized and brought a new order).
Ate here last night. Waitress was great (only reason I’m giving 2 stars). Calimari was like chewing a rubber band. Daughter was up all night throwing up. Mine and my husbands stomach turned all night and still today. Paid a lot for these belly aches
Walked right in, sat right down! Service was quick and friendly. Salad is delicious with fresh, hot breadsticks and all you care to eat of both. Carry home what you're too full to finish. Makes a great lunch meal!
The food was not cooked all the way!!!! The sauce to my dish was gritty and unappealing! The only thing that saved this experience was that the waitress had great customer service skills. For the price you pay for your food you should be able to enjoy it!!!
