I hate this place so much. I've had multiple terrible experiences here, but here is the most recent that just happened today.I ordered a medium Coke. They handed my my drink and I drove off. Then I noticed it was actually a small. No big deal, I got back in line and explained I was supposed to get a medium. When I got back around to the window, the lady said this is a medium. I pointed out how on the cup itself, it literally says it's a Small for fountain drinks, teas, and iced coffee. I ordered a fountain drink, so this isn't the right size for my fountain drink. She just said "that's the cup that came up when I hit the button." I get that mistakes happen, but she would not fix it, would not replace it with the appropriate size even after literally showing her the labeling on the cup she gave me. How are you going to look at me and say that's a fountain medium when the cup itself has a big, bold S above fountain? This isn't rocket science. The only reason I didn't push the issue is because the drink came free with a coupon and I had somewhere else I had to be.This is the closest McDonald's to me, but on the occasion I want some junk food in the future, I'll gladly drive the extra 5 minutes to the Wood Avenue location to never have to see this place again.
I’m always getting screwed over my order this time it was easy.2 separate orders1: 2 Carmel frappe’s with a mobile code to get one free as long as the purchase was $3.2: 1 ice cream cone and I use my points to get a 3rd Carmel frappe.I ended up with 2 Carmel frappes and when I addressed this situation they said, “I would have to purchase something that was $3 or more.” I seriously want to know what gives? Even repeating the order and all I’m fed up with this. I go there daily but looks like I’m not going to now.
Dab of sauce on Dry Big Mac. Spoiled Tea I assume. Can't Take / separate orders correctly . Slow service . Sacks rips easy . Food everywhere . Not friendly taking order or payment .
They food gets colder and colder each time you go in Daddy is if you even get the right order
Had come on in sign on door but door was locked Had to sit in long drive thru line, then couldn't use coupon on app because their system was down? Won't be back to this location
They got my order right and it was hot and fresh!
We were the only people in drive through however they made us pull up to #1 spot to keep the drive through counter time low. Slow service and sloppy burgers cold fries. Will not be going back. This happened more than once.
I usually go around lunch time... Its the freshest. Anything after 6pm its a long wait and the food is cold.
If I could I would give this place zero stars. Their staff is rude, and every time I come they never have anything I’m ordering.
Night shift is noticably better trained than the crews from previous visits, great upgrade you all Keep up the Great Work... ??
