Best Pizza in the Shoals! I go out of my way to get my pizza from Marco’s, it’s a 12 mile drive one way to pick up. The staff is friendly and never a wait over 20 mins! Highly recommend’
Well the food was absolutely amazing. My favorite pizza place in the area. I usually order through drive thru but tonight I went inside. Yes it was 15 minutes before closing but the customer service was a little shabby. There was a woman at the counter who was very nice but the guy who I ordered my food with on the phone was very quiet and I saw him aggressivly toss my sauces (for my cheesy bread) into the box. He looked as if he wanted to say F this and walk out. When my order was ready, I naturally said "Thank you" but he huffed and walked back into the kitchen area. Good food but some poor customer service.

Food still tastes fresh including the salads since the business opened. However, customer service has definitely changed (not for the good). Now as a dine-in customer, they can't be bothered to bring cups/plate/utensils or the food itself to the table. Do better Marco's.

Love the pizza but HATE onions and ordered a bbq chicken pizza with chicken and cheese ONLY.. got it full of onions

This place makes good pizza, but if you're planning to order delivery, don't bother ordering extra sauces. You won't get them. And if you call the store to try to get what you paid for, you'll be informed they don't have any drivers to spare, but would be happy to give you sauces if you'll drive to the store.I wish I'd take my own advice, but I keep trying to order sauces, and I keep not getting them.

Rico handled a order for my best friend. You see I live in TN and she was having a bad day. I wanted to surprise her and it is Sunday, every flower shop is closed. I called Marcos Pizza, told them I wanted a pizza that said I love you in pep and to have it delivered. Rico not only did that, but also cut it into a heart. I am so please with the customer service from this establishment. Although I don’t even live in AL, this shop will always have my business and hers simple because of Rico himself!
