It had to be the worst food!! One bite from both our steak dinners....steak was tender & shrimp looked so good!! BUT no way could you eat it with what tasted like a whole bottle of salt on it!! Terrible!! Our waiter took both plates to the manager & back to the kitchen. The manager didn't even acknowledge the poor food or say anything to us. Lazy attitude and VERY rude manager, Ms. ROSE, she even sat in a corner an stared at people. Never go there again & this was our first and last visit.

Very clean, service was good, should have gotten my appetizer before I got my salad.I order a medium well steak where it's supposed to have a little pink in the middle, but it didn't, it was still good though.The stuffed mushrooms was really good.
Had a NY strip steak cooked medium well. It was superb! Waiter was prompted. Did not take very long to be seated and served. Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms. One of my favorite places to dine in Florence area.
Ordered the steak it was cooked perfectly medium well.... And had awesome flavor... Will be back..???
Super bad experience today, I was telling my friend that came in from Nashville how much I enjoy eating at Longhorn so he took me there for lunch today. The meal started out bad from the sit down, took over 15 minutes to get my coffee, he ordered water with lemon, no lemon, his burger and fries were both saturated with salt, i asked for my salad to have extra tomatoes and croutons and ranch on the side, salad came with very little tomatoes and croutons and covered in ranch, the worst part I noticed a black hair stuck to the bowl when I had ate half the salad. Server didn't seem to want to be there, I had to go to the bar area and ask for bread plates...etc. just a bad experience, he said he will not go back.
The food was great, service was a little slow but overall a great place to take family and friends.

Service was a little slow they appeared to be under staffed. The waitress was pleasant & or food was delivered promptly & correctly.
This location was a little short staffed on servers, but the girl we got was very attentive and was constantly checking in on us. At first I did order my usual 12oz ribeye, and my fiancee ordered his New York strip now I think they did end up giving up both New York strips because of the cut, and the waitress couldn't tell them apart, but it was completely fine I'm not one to waste a good steak. The food was delicous and hit the spot after a rain day.
