Parking lot only had about 6 cars in it, we requested to sit up close to the bar the hostess said she would have to ask if she could sit us up there. I then asked if they were reserved she said no but she would have to ask if the waitress could see to us. (1 PERSON AT THE BAR AND 2 PEOPLE IN A BOOTH). Then I said just seat us somewhere, she sat us down. She then walked straight to her work area and the very next couple came in, (we didn't even have the seat warm and a waitress hadnt even had time to come to our table) and she walked them straight to where we asked to sit. We got up and walked out! Last time we went this seemed to be an issue also. This was our favorite place to eat and we always tried to be extra generous to our waitress wih gratuity but now we will never be back. I guess your not supposed to request to sit anywhere just do what they say. Somebody needs to learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE is! Now we understand why there was only 6 cars in the parking lot!
margarita was horrible. sent back the first one and ordered a different flavor. Second was equally bad.... but the food and service was excellent. we had a table of 6 and our waitress was great.
We had a great experience. Our waiter was great. Our glass never went empty, we never had to ask for anything. They were on top of everything today. Definitely will go back. It's a go to place anyway, so when it closed for a while, we were really disappointed. Now that it's open again, we go at least 2-3 times a month. Sometimes we go through the week, so we can have the lunch menu. It's fantastic!!! Love the desert menu as well. All the staff are always friendly too. It doesn't matter if they are assigned to your table or not, if you need help they always will help. Love this place!!!
Terrible service. Grumpy, unhelpful waitress. Slow service, limited refills. Brought rolls in baskets of 2. Forgot one of my two sides - the salad. When I asked if she could take it off the bill, she said no and insisted that sides are free anyways. (On an entree that included 2 sides) We explained that the sides are built into the cost of the entree. She refused to do anything about it besides give me a salad to go. Won’t be returning here. Overpriced and terrible service.
We paid 26.99 for each of us to have nice dinner and it turned nasty best thing we ate was rolls and salad rest of are food was nasty ? will not be back to the Logan’s road house in Florence Alabama and I do not recommend waitress wasn’t very friendly either ! I don’t no how to put a picture of my plate! Cause I took a picture of my plate and food was cold and crab cakes was not even crispy it was all around gross
me and my daughter went for dinner Thursday night..the young server was nice he brought out waters out.we ordered..he came back 6 times in 10 minutes to ask if we was ok...the 7 th time he came asked again..I said no how about checking our food order...it was not busy at all.....he comes back with our food...sits it down...comes back yall good ..nope we are not my daughters waffle fries had a kinky black hair laying on top of her fries..the waiter gives us the bill said I took that meal off but u must pay for yours...ok whatever no manager came or said anything...
Chicken with bacon sandwich was delicious, but priced too high. They no longer have a lunch only menu nor peanuts. Free rolls were good, though.
Long wait to get in even though several tables were empty.Steak came well done not as ordered $28. Porterhouse ruined. Waitress was very nice. She did offer to take it back but I couldn't sit and wait another hour on it. Other than over done the food was good.
Where to start. Party of 5, 3 were kids. Not busy, sat right away from time we sat till we left 1hr 45mins. Chicken fingers hard as rocks and dry as bones. Had to get another order. Steak ordered med. rare got med. well. Bill was $106. At least the waiter was great and friendly. Was told only had 1 person on grill at a steakhouse ?. Doubt we will go back. Would of gave less stars but waiter saved ya.
I have ALWAYS loved Logans, tonight I decided to get takeout because I just didn’t feel like sitting in a restaurant to eat. The To-Go person named Devin was amazing, she made sure I got everything I needed in my bag and was very patient with me. Over the phone I didn’t know what I wanted ( because I don’t have a menu right in-front of me) I kept feeling embarrassed! She reassured me that it was okay that I just take all the time I need. Hands down best to go service I have EVER received.
