Very disappointed as I went to enter the building on Saturday over a week ago, and the door was locked during working hours. No sign on the door and 4 workers just looked at me, no one came over to explain. I would’ve thought short handed, but there was 4 people working. 3 more groups came up after me and tried to get in. I was sitting in my car in front of the door and after those people left they waited and then put a sign up that said closed early sorry. Locking the doors almost an hour before they actually where supposed to.
Florence location is a good spot with good people working there. The Sandwiches are better than the other sandwich places in town and the bread is fresher.
Been awhile since I’d been to Lenny’s, but stopped by. Will NOT be back. One star for fresh; but very simple order (1 Italian sub with everything and 1 deluxe club w lettuce tomato and Mayo only) was wrong - add to that the sullen ‘you’ve interrupted my day’ attitude of the girl who took the order and it’s an easy decision. The competition is more friendly, helpful and has good food as well.
I stewed on this for a while, and decided to share on the chance something is actually done. I cannot have onions. I ordered a sandwich without them for obvious reasons, but was served one with them regardless. I was met with"I'm not saying you're lying but I don't see them."After getting one out and showing her she went and talked to the cook who came out saying he didn't cook it with any. While I still had the onion in my hand."Well, there shouldn't be any on there" was the next response.I'm still angry a couple hours later. I shudder to think of someone with an outright allergy rather than just my severe intolerance ordering something here. Seems like they just don't care.
I loved this place,best hotdogs on the planet!!! Pleeeeze open a place in Madison,AL again OR Huntsville! It would be a monster money maker. People STILL ask about it & it closed like 10yrs ago! At the time I worked next door at a books a million & they never let me down,always quick,great deals,lil membership card for frequent customers. Pleeeze come back....
I’ve been coming for weeks and today they messed up my sub and I didn’t notice till I got home in center star so about 30 minutes away. Once I called em told em it was messed up they said the only they I could do was bring the sandwich back in “during COVID” and I wasn’t trying to drive a hour round trip just to get a refund...and both the girls that were on the phone had the biggest attitude
been wanting a lennys sub for for three days so today 2/3/2022 Thursday i rush up there because online it says closes at 7pm so i show up @ 639pm and as i am walking to the door they come and lock it while looking right at me so i try to call and did so repeatedly until i guess they took the phone off the hook, this is not professional, this is sad and the owner should really have a word w/the employees that is money out of his pocket and still has to pay them
