I was a guest with a regular customer. He was treated horribly by the waiter. I was treated disrespectfully by the owner! Terrible place that does not respect or care about service to the customer. Beware ladies.
I will not be ordering from la hacienda in the future. They are constantly leaving stuff out.. and when you call to tell them they have the audacity to imply that you are lying about what they left out!I do not lie! I have no reason to and they won’t be getting my business in the future.Who knows if they tamper with food if they suspect you’re lying?It’s ridiculous.All I asked for was for mixed fajitas chicken and rice.. with no lettuce or sour cream and pico and guacamole on the side.The no lettuce/no sour cream was so I could save my rice and beans that are left in the fridge without it getting nasty with lettuce and it obviously confused them because then they leave the whole thing out.It’s one thing to leave something out, it’s a whole other ballgame to accuse a regular customer that they are lying instead of apologizing for YOUR mistake and making it right.
Ok Food...Large portions but not very flavorfully

I made the mistake of having a large lunch before having dinner at La Hacienda. Not having eaten there before, I had no idea how large the portions were. Even had I not eaten lunch or had just a light lunch, I would have been overwhelmed by the huge serving of chicken fajitas. My wife couldn't finish her chicken nacho, either. It was a shame to leave so much over, because the food was really good. The service was pretty good, too, especially considering that the place was packed by the time we left, and the servers were constantly busy. A minor complaint - the menu was spread across the table under a sheet of glass, and since my wife was sitting next to me in our booth with my sister-in-law opposite, I couldn't see the left side of the menu and my wife couldn't see the right side. Also, there was no customer copy of the credit card receipt. Nevertheless, the next time we are in Florence, we will go back - and I will definitely skip lunch.
I’ve been eating here for over 20 years. It’s is consistently good and never changes.It is the best Mexican restaurant in town, hands down.
Lots of great Mexican food in Florence but I remain loyal to LaHa! The staff is so friendly and I have never been disappointed here. Love Hugo!
Nice people, very clean. Need to improve the spices. All the beef is the same ground round
This was simply the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. Within five minutes of leaving I felt as if my stomach was turning inside out. All I ate was a few bites of bean dip for shrimp and a bag of steak and none of it was worth eating. We dined 10-2-21
Thought we would get some take out from here, that was a big mistake thanks for the cold pieces of steak for my tacos that were not right, I think soft is different from hard tortilla shells, could not even eat it, if this is how they serve their food that is pathetic, we won't go back thank you for nothing
