I work nights and only have Krystal’s or Cook Out if I need food. Never had much trouble before, but today went and was asked if I was door dash. I said no and he then informed me they close early on weekday and 2 am on weeknights. Honestly don’t know if this is true or not seeing as they have been 24 hours for years. Just writing in case it’s not so you are aware.
Horrible customer service refused to make our dinner because they said they were short staffed and very rudely verbal about how they felt about our order. I was ordering for a family of 5. (12 cheese krystals, 4 corn pups, 6 chili cheese pups, 1 fry and 1 larger drink.
Horrible!!! I pull to the drive thru, roll my window down to order just in time for them to tell the car in front of me that they can't complete the order. The car angrily says something then just leaves. I pull forward to order and tell the guy I would like a number six with a chili cheese fry and a large Dr. pepper. He process to tell me that they don't have a number six on the menu, do I mean a number five? I said no a number six, it's two chics and two cheese Krystal's and I would like a chili cheese fry and a large Dr. Pepper also. Someone comes to help him and he puts my order in. I get to the window pay, receive my drink and I'm asked to pull forward. I wait for 28 mins for my them to bring my food out. The bad part is as soon as I see the bag I can tell that there is no CCFry. I say something and he argues with me but then says that he will bring it out. So I wait another 30 mins before someone else brings them out. At this point I'm not even going to eat them. I just took the time to write this review. Y'all either need more help, pay more so you can have better employees or just fire everyone and start over!!! Come to think of it, I'm looking for new employment and have years of restrruant management experience. I'm also certified for management in all states. Need to do something. Let me in there to clean it up!!!!

I've been twice over the last 2 week's, employees inside but never took my order.( once at breakfast, the other in afternoon) went today.ordered and was told at the window to drive around so they could serve others. They're was no one behind me, so I went to BK. Love Krystals but not service.
Poor guy in there working by himself, busting his butt, felt bad to even order, but my kiddo wanted Krystal's. Dude needs a raise! Great food and fast to be by himself!
The young man that works there late is so friendly and deserves the salary of 3 people. He is running the place by himself but reaping no benefits or keep the business open by himself. Only he alone is worth 5 stars. This is a major let down by a company to allow their employees to be so underpaid and understaffed when they are doing 3 peoples jobs without a manager in sight. The should make him manager and clean house and let him build it from the ground up. He is the only reason their florence franchise hasn't went under anyways. If someone doesn't take care of him soon I'm gonna offer him a job because I see his talent. Surely they should.
The food was ok but the service was great. You did everything at one window. You ordered , paid and waited for them to cook it. The lady was extremely nice.
The bread was soggy not so great but they were friendly and fast
Fries were the best I've had in a while! Burgers were a little bit soggy(buns were wet)
