All sub shops and restaurants are the same? ---WRONG!--- Jimmy John's sub shop is above the rest of the typical sub shops. Their ingredients are so fresh and it just taste better. The worst thing about the Florence Jimmy John's is it's location downtown meaning parking or lack of it and then many times you have to pay to park or risk a fine.Would love to see another location but Jimmy John's is so good that it's worth a little parking trouble to get one of their Superior sandwiches. For Cold sandwiches Jimmy John's can't be beat, at least not in the Shoals area.
Good sandwiches if you can get your order right. Just ordered a Turkey Tom. No lettuce add cheese cut in half. Instead I got a Turkey Tom with lettuce and no tomato and not cut in half. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t deathly allergic to lettuce that I could go into anaphylaxis. This also wouldn’t be bad if this wasn’t the 2nd time this has happened. Not even worth the money to drive back to get another sandwich made. Just wasted my money again.
I gave one star because there was no option for zero stars. First and last time at Jimmy John's. Tuna sandwich was bland and the bread was stale. The bottom of my bread sounded like plastic when I thumped it. Part of the bread was too hard to eat, my wife's BLT was cold and bread was hard as well. I'll just go to SubWay next time, it's cheaper, have bread options, and can get a wrap there

I always have a good experience at the Florence Jimmy Johns. Food is delicious, service is excellent and employees are always friendly and respectful.
