Gave me half of someone else order but I didn't know that till I got to where I was going. No plastic ware to eat with so had to throw my side order away. Tried to give me the wrong drink at the window. I know they are short staffed but the person at the window could double check to make sure everything is right before she/he hands it out.
Something else needs to be done concerning the drive thru because what they're doing is not working. Having a person stand out to take orders is slowing service down.
They're good but on night shift Ive gotten 3 chicken sandwiches raw, on different days..
DRIVE THROUGH EMPLOYEE, CLOTHING WAS FULL A CAT HAIR! Food WAS COLD AND OLD, green beans where soaking in coleslaw juice, MY TRASH CAN ENJOYED THAT MEAL. Will not be back anytime soon .. NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!!!!! ZERO STAR IF I COULD
Stopped in to pick up some food to go and there was some Disney music playing in the back! Everyone was kind and seemed to be moving with a sense of urgency to keep the lines moving. I also noticed the employees were communicating with each other on what they needed. And, as always with Jack's, the food was spot on! Made my brief time there pretty enjoyable!
I don't really like Jacks. Their breakfast is is good, especially the biscuits and gravy! But my favorite is their ice. It's that good crunchy ice. You can order a bag for cheap!
Set in the drive thru at 4:50 am waiting for them to open at 5am and was told thru speaker they were not opening till 5:30am.? Y put your hours at 5 when u don't open at 5.
Traveled 15 miles to get to Jacks to get their double gravy and biscuits , which we love.theservuce was good after waiting 18 minutes and n drive thru...when I received my order it was wrong. It was wrong being busy is no excuse ? n my opinion you can do better..you appeared to be fully staffed and normally and good place to eat. I so ke with manager and shedidnotaeemtoconcerned.
This place used to be a well oiled machine with a great staff prior to their remodel. Once reopened it has never been the same. I would say my order accuracy is about 50% as to weather I’m going to get what I ordered or not. I use DoorDash ALOT and make sure to stock things like butter and syrup and orange juice because you can almost guarantee it will not be in the bag. This morning for instance I placed a rather larger order of three pancakes two with bacon two breakfast deluxe and a chicken and biscuit. No bacon with the pancakes and one entire order of pancakes were not in the bag. Luckily DoorDash customer service is A+ and Jacks food is delicious. Otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted the time reviewing I would just go somewhere else. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 20 years
Everytime I come here I order at the drive thru and it's always been fast service. Plus, no one beats Jack's cheese burgers. The flavor and quality of the ingredients, how much meat comes on a standard burger and of course the quick and friendly service out performs everybody else hands down. Love the seasoning on the fries too!!If I may, I'd like to make a suggestion about Jack's fries. Think someone could make an executive decision about making the large fry bigger? Only because when I order a small or a large I really can't tell the difference between the 2 sizes. I'm sure the large is bigger than the small order but you could make it a little bigger right? Either way, it's fine, I just love Jack's fries and want more of them. That's all. Keep up the good work!! Thank you
