They never make my sandwich right. But I am a little forgiving
They have messed up my order multiple times, their systems are always down, it is quite slow. Overall this is one of the worst Jack’s around. I would recommend going to a different one.

The cashier said there was a change shortage. The 5 orders I had, I received no change back on any of them. There was no sign up telling about the change shortage. The cashier said the only change she had was pennies. She didn't even attempt to give change back in pennies. The two staff members I encounter were rude. Nobody welcomed us or said sorry for the inconvenience. Good customer goes a long way but I didn't receive that at all. Also the fries on all of the orders were cold.
Love it when my food is fresh but sometimes depending on who's working you'll get cold food. They have doggy treats if you go through drive thru with your fur baby.
Had the big breakfast sandwiches, they were a little dry this time and not toasted, but we generally love the place and the service was quick and friendly in the middle of breakfast rush hour.

Food is always hot, and they don't charge extra for ranch. Food is fairly priced compared to other restaurants, and sweet tea taste amazing.
