Raw fish and hair on onion, accidents happen but they didn’t even care to apologize or try to fix the situation.
Hair in my onion and my pregnant wife’s fish was under cooked. Tried giving them several tries but every single time the food comes out either under cooked or still frozen or cold so 10/10 don’t recommend.
The cheeseburger would melt in your mouth. Great restaurant $ inexpensive and food was amazingly awe-so-me. Had a small cheeseburger fry and a drink for under 10.00. Plus the tip. I will be back to try the meat and 3 veggies.
This place really surprised me with there selections and quality of food. They had everything from country cooking to seafood. The Philly cheese steak was cheap, and they made sure you had enough to eat. Very pleased
The food is delicious, healthy portion and reasonably priced. The desert taste as though they are home made. U must try.
Unfortunately I came on a Saturday. 2 servers and 2 in the kitchen called off work. There is no kids menu. Sadly I was with a 7 year old who ate half of the adult serving. My biscuit was so cold the awful margarine did not melt. Eggs were cooked to over medium but cold. No signs that you pay a 3% of your check charge if you use your debit/credit card. Hard pass for me ever returning.
We love this place. It always has great breakfast and they make you feel welcome. Plus the restaurant is pretty inside. They serve breakfast all day and also have some good desserts.
I love their one meat and three vegetables plate!
Ate here today heading back home from Linden TN. Was looking for some good fish. We order the medium fillet fish plate. My friend even ask if they would cook her fish fish longer. Also ordered the cabbage, black eye peas and onion rings. Needless to say we were really disappointed as the fish was really under cooked. The cabbage had no taste and sort slimy, and I can’t describe the peas. I can say that our server was extremely friendly and the sweet tea was really good. Will we go back? No.
I really have a love/hate relationship with Homeside. I absolutely love some things but i am absolutely disappointed by others... steak tips aren't just slices of fatty steak. Shredded lettuce shouldn't be used for salads. And who dices onions for a burger (mcdonalds lol). But I love the chicken fingers, wings, ranch.
