The worst experience ever. Ordered online. Picked up at store. Got home, order completely wrong. Tried calling, no answer for 10 minutes. Drove back to store, still waiting for them to answer. Was told by employee that they never answer the phone. Also told me my order was correct. I had to teach her how to read the order. She had to remake order 3 times before she got it right. Tossed pizza at me when it was finished. Never once apologized. Have left several messages with Corporate Office, have gotten no reply.
Awful, rude, and straight up liars! We ordered a pizzas online and one was a free pizza. I got to the store and was told there was only one pizza and it would be $16! The manager is who I dealt with and she was super rude, huffing and puffing and slamming the pizza down. She said I can refund the card and I said yes do that. She came back and said it’ll be refunded in 3-5 business days and I said ok thank you. I sat there bc she had a receipt in her hand and she just closes the window! The order was in my moms name so my mom called up there bc she had an email saying she ordered three pizzas and how did she know that it was refunded bc they didn’t give me a receipt. She told my mom well she drove off before I could give it to her. Um, no, I sat there. We were regulars and they just lost a lot of business from us. No sense and being extremely rude!!!
Ordered Pizza, 57 mins later no delivery, called store held for 15 mins. then gave up. Website said delivery left and on the way but ....... no pizza. I'm only 7 mins from the Dominos location.

Worst experience ever in my entire life!!!!! I waited for 1 and half hour, I got a notification that my pizza was ready so I gave them another 5 minutes, still did not get my pizza, so I thought ok. I'll go in and get it, they were completely ignoring me when I asked for my pizza!! Finally someone asked my name I told them and told them again that I received notification that my pizza was ready, they continue to ignore me, I asked for my money back, it took 3 tries to finally get my money back!!!
I ordered dominos on a Monday afternoon (around 1pm) for just a medium pepperoni pizza and everything was good until I was using the tracker and it was stuck in "quality check" for over an hour. I thought at first they were waiting on more orders to complete for them to send a driver out (which if that was the case, I was completely patient with) BUT..... when I called to check on the status of my order 2 HOURS past "quality check" [ 3.5 hours in total from order sent ] they told me that they have not even started my order yet. At that point, I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. The lady on the phone was so annoyed with me and kept saying "are you seriously canceling this."I love dominos but this completely turned me off to ever order from them again. Unnecessarily rude customer service. I work in the service industry and know how tough it can be but they were just rude for absolutely no reason. I was extremely patient and nice about the whole transaction since I feel like service industry should never be yelled at. Anyways, this long review just to say be weary when ordering from here. You might not ever receive the order you paid for, or if you have any issues just be prepared for completely rude employees.
This place is an embarrassment. Doesn't matter how good the product is when it takes nearly 45 minutes of sitting at their pickup window just to be acknowledged. A sad excuse for a business
Food was great. We love their pizza and the price is decent. It did take around a hour for the delivery to get to our house though.
Over an hour and a half to receive cold food that was partially burned before it sat wherever until it was finally delivered. So I know it was actually hot at one time, just not when I got it. Like everyone below says, no one answers the phone. Literally the worst service I've gotten from a pizza place that claims great customer service.
I was on hold for over 17 minutes before Domino's hung up on Me. Guess what, Y'all aren't the only Pizza place in town
