I ordered an ice cream cake on March 9th to be picked up March 14th. I got there to pick it up & was kept waiting at least 5 minutes while, I assume, they were looking for it. When they got back to me, the manager asked me when I ordered it & when I told him he said, "I can't even find any paper on it!" like that was some how MY fault. Then he asked me what kind of cake it was & said, "I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE STUFF TO MAKE!" Again, this MY fault? How? There was no apology, no offer of a cake they did have, no NOTHING! Bad karma. I won't ever be back nor will my family. I will tell everyone I know how truly awful my service was & encourage them to go anywhere else.
THE CHECKING PADY HAD BEEN UNDER HEAT LAMP SO LONG THE MEAT WAS PAST HARD BAKE !! ON TOP OF THAT THE FOOD DID NOT AGREE WITH MY STOMACH IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!! RESTROOM WAS NOT CLOSE ENOUGH FOR ME!!!
Wish there was a 0 stars. Horrible service, and staff. Lazy, cussing at people, playing on there phones. The manager got mad at me for messing my order up, and then cussed at me. This place is the worst I've ever visited. Do NOT go here.
While I only had ice cream on this visit I was saddened to learn that Dairy Queen, which had previously purchased Orange Julius, had decided to eliminate Orange Julius drinks from their restaurant. It was a bad omen when they eliminated taste samples but now the total product line has been removed.Dairy Queen still has good ice cream and milk shakes but seeing Orange Julius product line removed is a negative.
Few cars in drive through. Few people inside. Took 10 minutes to answer drive through. Would have pulled out but cars were blocking. And food is never really that good

There's a place across the street with better hamburgers called Five Guys. They have fantastic shakes, too! It's a better alternative.
Food and staff were excellent. The soda area needed some attention, otherwise great.
Had a craving for something cold and sweet and we found it here. Very clean facility.
I will make this fast and short..the Florence Blvd location always states they do not have one product or another EVERY time we visit. The order is always missing something and its rare we get EVERYTHING we order. I will say the staff is friendly however which I do sincerely appreciate. I truly think one of the problems is they are really not listening to customer requests or orders. After several hopeful re-visits we have given up. I really will try not to order from this location if we can help it. DQ fan please do not bother to reply as these replies do very little to change what's happening at this location.
