I have always loved CiCi's. Their food and service leaves nothing for me to complain about. But I have never used their restroom until today and I have to say I was appalled. The smell was very unpleasant, there were flies flying around, and I physically gagged every time I had to touch the stall doors because they are cached with grease and very sticky. The lock on the first stall door did not even work. Everything in there needs to be scrubbed down and I can only assume it's because it hasn't been cleaned hardly at all. Disgusting bathroom. I did not complain to them as I have social anxiety, but I hope this issue gets resolved. I still love CiCi's and the people that work there are nice, but cleaning seems to be an after-thought in that place.
Some of it was good but the staff was bs, asked for a Supreme pizza 3 time and the person I was with asked one time and lest just say we were completely ignored so it will be awhile before I go back.......
Has improved greatly.They now have pizza on the bar regularly. The cleanliness of the restaurant has improved greatly.The employees are still polite and courteous.This was a absolute dump a year ago. If you are thinking about giving them another chance, do it. I think you will be surprised how much it has improved.
3 weeks ago they where out boxes and I had to provide my own. Now I’m having to wait on my order to be remade because they didn’t even make it after I ordered online 30 minutes before even coming here. 2 stars because I the food is not half bad and it’s pretty cheap.
Did online order at Florence Al. Went to pickup and order was not ready. Employees were playing around throwing ice at each other. I was told they would make order now and to come back in 15 min. Returned and order was not correct only made 2 items out of the 5. I then ask for a refund and they refused to give me one. I ask for the owner or a higher up number but they refused. So now I have no pizza and still out money. I would not recommend going here.
Food was fresh, after it stayed there so long, they throw it in the garbage. Seems like they could donate that to a good shelter. Very greasy okay taste. No risen crust while we were there.
Good FRESH pizza the salad left a little bit to be desired and the arcade could use an upgrade in technology but the dining room was clean and the pizza was fantastic.
They used to have the best pizza but it has really gone downhill. Their cheesy bread was horrible. Just not the same.
VERY good pizza. The girl that rang me up was exceptionally nice!
Over the last couple years this location has gotten a lot better! The pizza is great and the staff is friendly! ☺️
