Was a fantastic recovery from a bad experience in the past. Soup & salad was great, tastes were on point, and service was impeccable. Definitely going to be back
We literally ordered cheese fries to eat. We waited at least 45-50 min and still nothing. Meanwhile two tables around us and both after us got their apps and meals before our fries were even brought out. Quite confident our order was forgotten to be out in and when the waitress brought out our fries were were ready to go and told her to take them back and we would just pay for the one diet coke we had. The waitress became a little rude about the incident and was going to speak with manger whom i don't believe she spoke to. We ha dto wait almost another ten min to get our ticket right and the cheese fries off to pay for our one diet coke. Very poor customer service.
I recently placed a takeout order at this location in Florence and was disappointed by the food. I received the wrong salad dressing and most of the food was overcooked. Additionally, the portion sizes were more like kiddy meals….imagine paying $15-$20 for a meal and having to eat a snack afterwards because the meal was neither satisfying nor palatable. I do not foresee eating here again.

I have truly never had such a horrible experience. This Chili’s should be shut down, it’s a joke. We were seated at a dirty table. My order was not taken for 20 minutes. I ordered the 2/$25 and was charged double once I checked my bank account, my server was hateful and slung our drinks on the table every time he brought us a refill. I was served cold pasta and our desert, the skillet cookie, was literally half baked. The middle was cold cookie dough. I have never been treated so disrespectfully nor have I ever had this bad of an experience at any restaurant. Do not eat here. I will never go back. 0/10!!!!
I have always loved chili’s, but florence chillis has disappointed me so much. Right when you enter, the place stinks, then the whole environment is just not clean and fresh, floors are sticky and so are the tables and so is the cutlery and the glass. Food could have been better, but being in not clean enough and stinky dishes really spoils the whole good meal mood. Chilis Florence we take out our time to have good meal, plz keep the environment dishes tables floors extra clean plz! This was my second time visiting them, the first time it was same experience and I thought, maybe sometimes we all have bad days. But even 2nd chance disappointed me!
We have not been here in a long time. The food has just gone down hill. This is not a pandemic issue because this started at least 5 years ago. The chicken crispers which used to be a family favorite always come out like pieces of rubber inside. They can just no longer cook them without this happening. We had gone back to give them a second chance but we were so disappointed. The wait staff were very good but it can't make up for rubbery chicken.
We ordered the "Dry Rub" ribs. We have also ordered dry rub ribs from many mom and pop shops across the United States. These were absolutly terrible. We received the ribs fully coated with BBQ sauce. Which is absolutly not "Dry Rub" ribs. Not only that, they were severely undercooked. My wife and I went out to eat for a birthday occasion, and regretted not cooking ribs at home. I could have baked better ribs in my oven. We have given Chillies a 2nd chance in the past due to bad experiences, but this did it. Terrible service, undercooked/overpriced foods, and nasty Tex/Mex expectations.
The best of “those” places . Those mid way sorta fast food but up a level. I’ve liked everything I ever ordered there can’t say the same thing about Ruby Tuesdays .
Wonderful Experience Server MARNESHA was Awesome fast and knew the menu well. Food was hot fresh and also fast Bats off to the cook
