If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Sat in drive thru over 5 mins took me calling the store for someone to finally "take my order" I chose to leave since they were already rude to keep on the phone giving the excuse they couldn't find the headsets. If they were doing their job they would know where the headset is. Yes it was an hour before closing but still doesn't excuse the behavior. No I am not a Karen I don't complain often. I work in the food service industry and this is obsurd. If you dont like your job the quit so they can get people that want to work.
Food was delicious and the servers are so friendly. The drive thru line is super slow but that could be attributed to lack of workers nowadays. Still a great place to eat.

I placed an online order and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes well i had to sit in the drive through for over an hour because the lobby was closed. They were out of sweet tea and didn't start making our food until we got to the window. The staff was in there arguing with each other and they weren't very nice when they handed us our food. Do better Florence location.
Food was fresh, but coleslaw had no lid on the container...almost made a mess because I wasn't informed.
It took a little while to get our food but we got helped when we asked and the food was good. Good food and good customer service, what more can you ask for.
Husband came through the drive-through to get dinner for the family. The fish wasn’t done. The oil temperature was too low to cook the fish. NO hush puppies! No crumbly‘s, even though they were asked for. The jalapeño poppers were freezer burnt prior to cooking. The fries were ice cold and soggy. And after multiple assurances, no malt vinegar was included in the bag. They advised they were out of ketchup! And after requesting one cocktail sauce we were provided with approximately 20! Positively unacceptable!
The drive thru was relatively slow, but I believe it may have been due to short staffing. My food was hot and definitely cooked to order. The cashier was very polite and nice to speak to.
Fresh and when the line got slow, cuz they was cookin it up fresh, thems gived us a free drank.
The service at captains ds in Florence Alabama on cox creek is horrible, they never let you in to order hardly, then when you go thru drive thru they tell you they don’t have enough fish for the family dinner, then my next visit they tell me the system is down and it’ll be 30 mins I wait in line 40 mins and they come back on to tell me it’s gonna be another 30 mins at this time it’s almost 9 pm and all other options has closed so I had to go shop for something to cook , most other restaurants will grab the calculator and do the math n the side to keep operations going so I do t get this ?? Now this morning I just tried again to go get a family meal for lunch and I I sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged that I was there!! This place needs new management all around I like my fish but apparently there not wanting my business, I’m not the only one there was several others unsatisfied in line as well as me fix this please
