Food was great, but The drive thru took over 20 minutes and only 2 cars in front of me. Not sure whats going on at this olace but that is the second time the drive thru has taken longer than 10 minutes.
My family and I are went there last night and got FOODPOSINING FROM IT !!! First we had to wait for our food my husband and I both had a whopper and my 2 year old had some chicken nuggets and fries so starting last night my son threw up all over his bad I also was running back and forth to the bathroom and my husband started this morning someone should check this location out
Kedric provided excellent customer service and took care of my family. He didn’t have to fix my mistake but he did. Made my day!
So slow and they forgot the straw. It was hot food though.
If your going to close the dining room have some curtesy and post it in the door. Especially after watching people come to the door the entire day. Food not cooked fresh either.
Food is either correct,hot and fresh or completely wrong and everything ends up cold by the time you get them to fix it. Literally just now I ordered food for myself and my daughter after school,I ordered a double whopper with only meat cheese and ketchup. I got home and not only was it not a double but also had everything on it so the dogs enjoyed that garbage. How hard is it to make and bag what's on the screen.
When through the drive thru at the new Burger King on near sky park. That was most screwed place that I have been too. First of all ordered impossible burger meal, what was a joke for almost 10 $ . The meal was not even cooked. Service was not even acceptable to any standards. Shut down and retain you staff. I did I was paying for cold not cooked food.I am going to contact the health department.I
I've tried this Burger King twice and both times the orders were correct, first time was a quick order of a triple whopper and fries, 2nd time was a large order of a triple whopper, 2 original chicken sandwiches, 1 Italian chicken sandwich, 2 large fries and 1 large onion ring. The food was hot and "Burger King" good. Yes, there was a line and yes it did take some waiting, but imo, nothing longer than expected when you see a line like that at a new fast food place that has a good sized menu that's cooked to order.
I went to this BK at 8:45 and no one answered the drive through or come to the window. Two employees inside looked high AF. They refused to even take my order when the sign indicated they were open until 10.
For many Burger King is just Burger King another fast food restaurant. This new location however implements a new broiler system which actually does make the burgers taste better. The charbroiled taste comes through very clear and it's very tasty.The hamburgers that I got were very tasty and were very hot both meat and buns. The soft drink machine is coke products but it is not the new freestyle machine but is more the traditional type where the Coke product is not mixed by a combination of several different syrups. The coat tastes like coke used to taste and not like some combination coke made from several other flavors. Some people may like the freestyle machines but for myself I prefer the new style standard machine.
